The packaging was sellotaped and the sellotape was a gross brown colour. So disgusting- was this a return? Did they seriously send a returned item that someone else has used when we've just experienced a global pandemic. The bag itself is filled with loose threads and has some weird stains on the fabric all around. And the worst part is the inside zipper thats longer than the bag itself so it just awkwardly hangs??? I read the reviews before purchasing it and I feel completely duped. The actual strap itself is so short it sits at my armpit. There's no way I can use it to carry my books and laptop. Oh and the badges? Horrendous and plain. Theres a badge in here that just says China? Honestly, save your money. Amd if you find an actual quality bag let me know.
