I had high expectations for this product based on good reviews, nice colour, and good value. However, it was delivered cracked in two places and unusable. The seller was helpful, other than the fact I was left to dispose of 15kg broken item, but in hindsight I should have purchased a metal base - quality of this means the concrete would be susceptible to breaking.

Only bought it last August and used occasionally before being put away for winter. Just got it back out and the pole holder keeps detaching from the base, which is actually quite dangerous when there are kids and animals around. Poor quality.

Very heavy as I wanted, arrived fast, easy to assemble with adapters inside the sleeve. My pole was 35mm and I needed to remove one adaptor - think there were two more for larger sizes. Looks more expensive than it was.

Looks really nice and good weight. Taken off one star because the pole grip screw/mechanism could be better quality.

Heavy base as you'd expect. Screw at the bottom to allow tightening of the pole which works well. Does what it is suppose to. Nice texture on the base too which goes with most ground types

This is not Heavy Duty. It’s a lump of concrete and broken at that. The product is rubbish.
