NOT SURE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
I CAN HONESTLY SAY FOR THE MONEY HAVE NOT NOTICED ANY SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCES HOWEVER I AM WAITING TO SEE IF I HAVE SLEEP APNEA, WHICH MAY BE THE CORRECT CAUSE FOR MY EXCESSIVE TIREDNESS.

Well although it was as stated on the advert didn't feel/notice any benefit in the way I felt but that doesn't mean that it's not a great product just that it wasn't the right supplement for me maybe but I would encourage others who may be deficient in B12 to give it a try as they may benefit from it

Great taste.
No need to dilute as tastes better straight on the tongue. Have only just started using this product so don't know about benefits yet to health but great taste. Bit pricy so hope it works.

I take this as substitute of coffee, works very well, though in the beginning i took it at night time and had trouble sleeping, switch to morning afterwards, which turns out well.
