The problem is the music doesn’t work. The box is cute but for the price is not. Have not had time to return yet.

Terrible Quality
For the price, one would think that this is going to be a nice music box. It is very cheaply made, and the knob came off the first time used. Shame on Disney for this quality.

Music box did not play music
Music box did not play music. I returned because it did not work and they sent another which did not work either and I had to return it also.

This is a cute music box but for the price is very cheaply made, even the characters movement is very basic, would not recommend it

Arrived damaged, quality issues
Well packed but arrived damaged with small dents visible on the front of it which to me says a quality control issue rather than a postal issue, very disappointing. Returning for refund
