Perfect for your recommended daily intake of Vitamin B complex
This was one of the few products on amazon that actually provided the full vitamin B range within the NHS daily intake range. Many people are unaware that too high a dose of some of these vitamins, long term, actually causes harm to the body. So please do your research. I started taking the Vitamin B complex as im going through the menopausal changes. Within a week i can say i have noticed a difference. I feel less tired which is a major result and i think less head hair is falling out when brushing it in the mornings....over the bath!The product arrived quicker than anticipated. So over all very happy with this product and the service from the company via amazon

Worthwhile trying
I take half a tablet 2 x a day. I am a small, adult female (just under 7 stones) and this split dose works for me well. My diet already has plenty of B vitamins but I have noticed that this supplement, taken in this specific way, helps me to feel calmer, my reflexes appear to be quicker, my memory recall seems to be better. I did not expect any difference because I thought I had enough B vitamins from my diet but there is a surprising improvement in my ability to function on all levels.

Very Good
I’ve been following Nood on twitter for a while now but this was the first purchase I have made. I am absolutely passionate about extra vitamin and mineral support in my diet as I have IBS D my body doesn’t retain nourishment like a regular person, therefore I always have to supplement with a multitude of products which can be very costly.Nood are sooo affordable yet the quality is high and this complex in particular I am very impressed by.As a plus I think the label looks quite cool.. but anyways, I will 100% be re-purchasing.

Small but effective
Been taking B vits for years and wanted a lower dose and smaller tablet. These are great - small and cover all bases. B12 dose is low (1ug) though so use a separate sublingual tablet if this is what youre after. Branding is very clever and refreshing.The tablets however only fill 1/5 bottle - seems an unnecessary waste of plastic and space.The product itself I would recommend. Overall 5 stars

Too soon to note changes to health etc. Did take notice of other reviews and use caution in my selection relating to the strength of vitamins and was happy to order these.Excellent price & service. Easy to swallow if that is an issue with people

A fab product that really works.
Bought these vitamins in September and have been taking them for over 6 weeks now, what a difference they have made, I can honestly say I am nowhere near as tired! They really do boost energy levels and I love the fact they are small tablets to take. They were delivered quickly and I loved the message from the company, a really personal touch. The branding is fab, really contemporary. I will definitely be buying more from this cool vitamin brand.
