Very impressed
* very nice quality offered for the price paid* 1 year warranty is a very big thumbs up + the 6 month extended warranty for reviewing unbiased is cherry on top of cake . This gives a peace of mind which one worries about trying out a new brand in the market.*dual blade and curved design is too useful* charging 90mins and runtime 90 min , happy with it too.* the brand suggests to replace the blade after long use and they would provide the new one to buy when contacted ( all details in user manual mentioned ) , that's another delight . Just wishing they ask for a nominal price which i expect to be Max -20% of the buying cost for the customer.I am satisfied and looking forward to a great experience .Thumbs up for the company .

Sturdy Trimmer, however
The product seems sturdy and comparable to philips, however as mentioned in the instructions leaflet the blade needs to be changed after 8-12 months, much also depends on its price and availability. There is only 1 comb /attachment of .05mm which seems a little filmsy.Pros:-1.Truly saying have used it just once, but the first hand feel indicates it's sturdy.2.Battery lasted quite long on 1st use3. When using with attachment no chances of hurting yourself. Hence safe if used carefully on any body part.Cons:-1. For charging you cannot use your phone or other cable since the charge head at the trimmer has a 2 pin type socket hence you shall have to use the cable provided with this trimmer only and cable has as one head USB type which you can connect to the charger, thus I find in today time most of personal accessories getting C type cable its Little odd as one needs to depend on its cable only.2.The blade seems little delicate, and cover / attachment .05mm also seems filmsy though using for the 1st time it did it work perfectly.Shall update the review after using for a longer period

The product stopped working after 1st use and didn't work,then I contacted customer care and I got replacement form and filled it,and recieved the courier message from the delivery partner,but after some days I realised that it gave me a cut and I want refund instead of replacement and i messaged the customer care again and now they are not replying,poor service,I thought the service And product was good but I was wrong

I am impressed by its packaging. Next is their clear description on guide book. Next is minimalistic (less confusing) approach.It enhances trust.Now, negative point is, I am worried for replacing it's blade (after 12 months).I hope they would keep its price within suitable range.Also, improvement request. They should provide USB C type charging system, because those are common and they can save by even not supplying that cable. Because we all have that.Best overall , this product have high quality feel.Thanks.
