Not exactly as I was thinking
The didn't work for us personally, but I could see this working for a stationary situation. We have a recliner sofa and so it would move when the recliner went into recliner motion. So this got gifted out. However it was fine for a non motion wider armed sofa.

Great thing
It looks nice, doesn’t take up much space and doesn't attract much attention. Good quality, it doesn’t slip off the sofa. I use for a cups and phone or a laptop. I was scared it won’t fit but it’s perfect. Highly recommend

Excellent, very well made, thought it was going to be too long on the arms but this allows for spillage, it saves the liquid staining the sofa the space for mobile phone is an added bonus
