I owned one of the previous bebird ear scopes. I loved it so much that I decided to upgrade to the note pro. A little pricey, sure. But the enhanced video feed, battery, and variety of different tips are what set this one apart from the others.I first got this one when I had this unbearable blockage in my right ear. This cleared it up so well that I rarely ever even touch qtips. The ear saftey stopper is also super useful for preventing yourself from going too deep. The video and streaming quality is solid aswell.Would recommend any day!10/10

I am updating my review because while this device is pretty neat to use, and does the job, it is also very fragile. The little piece with the tweezers will easily bend back and just become loose in other words.. broken and no longer work. after having the item for 30 days, it is nearly impossible to get any support or replacement parts. The customer service team responds to you in Chinese as never gets back to you.

This little product saved me a trip to the ER. I had the end piece from my hearing aid to come off in my ear. The first time I went to the ER bc walk in clinic jabbed it further in my ear cost was over 3,000 for less than 5 total minutes in the ER. The next time I had one get stuck used this tool and was able to remove it myself with no pain.

The ear camera is great and versatile, useful for inspections, dental camera, scalp observation, etc.Problems:1. Why not turn the base into a charging base? Like a USB C extender? That way I could store the camera face-up2. The app itself has crashed a couple times, which was odd

I’m surprised by the quality of the camera and the led lights on it. Sometimes it has an issue of connecting, but once you close the app and go back in, it usually fixes it.This saves me a trip from going to the doctors. I’ve had 3 surgeries to repair an ear drum, so just be careful using this and take your time, but it works great!

I have been a fan of BeBird for years now- and I splurged and upgraded to this model. When I first used it, I was jazzed. The camera was amazing. I loved the tweezers. I was so glad I upgraded.Flash to a few months in… I’m doing my bebird routine and all of a sudden, I can’t scoop. I can’t see to scoop. The head (with the built in tweezer) had bent! I tried to fix it, no luck. I was determined to make it work, so I tried again. Well… the head snapped off… in my ear.This is sadly not worth the money. I really wanted to love this model but now I’m so sad!

Just set The Note 5 Pro up and used it for the first time and I was amazed at not only the picture quality but how quickly I was able to get used to handling it. I highly recommend spending the extra money to buy this model.

I purchased mine about a month ago. After about a week of use, the end broke off in my ear. I reached out to the company with no response.
