Great fun for a 3+ boy!
I bought these for my 3 (nearly 4) year old son (expecting to have to help him make them). He really enjoyed it and took control from the start (I ended up just observing!). He also got a great buzz from the power screwdriver. So, overall a very nice toy and a good activity, probably ideal for a 4 - 6 year old.One point to note is that following the build, the models themselves are not really ideal for rough play as the nuts will constantly loosen and fall out - not a huge issue but it makes sense to keep the screwdriver handy so they can make running repairs during play!

Good quality but not for tiny children
I bought this last Christmas for my then four year old. He loves using the electric screwdriver but it’s certainly not a toy he could build on his own, even now he’s five. The instructions aren’t super clear and it’s quite fiddly too. However the pieces are sturdy and well made, and he’s happy to play with it with older siblings or adults. Definitely not for 3+ - more suited to a child ages six or seven and older.

Perfect gift
My friend's 3-year-old loved them, as well as his older guests and adults too! A lot of fun and educational at the same time!

Confia la description mais pas pour des 3, 4 ans.
Tournevis ne fonctionnait pas et très difficile pour des enfants de 3 et 4 ans.

SPARKS THE IMAGINATION
This was a gift to a very intelligent 7 year old who has loved dinosaurs since he saw a picture of one. This is an incredible item. I can not call it a toy because you have to build them. Let them use their imagination, creating links in the brain to logic, deductive reasoning, learning to use tools. This project gave him a satisfaction of a job well done. Made of a heavy duty plastic they may have started out as t rex, brontosaurus and a triceratops but we have new species running around.

Great toy for a 4 year-old boy!
My 4 year-old grandson is just crazy about dinosaurs. So its hard to find something that he hasn't already received and keeps his interest. Judging by the fact he's still enjoying and playing with the Take Apart Dinosaur Toys with Tools I got him for Christmas I would say mission accomplished. They were reasonably priced and have held up very well to some pretty rough treatment--I would highly recommend them!

Fun and Functional!
Fun and attention-holding for a 3 year old! He had no problem putting it together from the start and can now disassemble with no help. The figures seem very durable and go together well. Would make a nice, relatively inexpensive gift for 3-6 years although older children may tire of it more quickly.
