Very good results
I have short, fine and straight eyelashes and haven't had any joy with eyelash curlers in the past. The size/curve of these Shiseido curlers is a little small for my northern European eye shape and I had to be careful not to pinch the eyelid, but the curl was noticeable and attractive once I applied mascara. And to my delight the effect lasted a couple of days - something I never would have expected. It's a definite thumbs up from me and the only reason for deducting one star is that these don't quite fit my eye shape.

amazing eyelash curler, i was looking for one as the one i was using was ripping out my eyelashes. this curler is so gentle, doesnt rip out any at all. the curl is fantastic, and it even keeps my eyelashes curled after ive slept which i was really impressed by! the only thing i would say is that it is a bit small, but i adjust the curler to get to my corner lashes as my eyes are pretty big. i will be sticking to this brand if ever i need another!!

Exactly the same as Shu Umera for less
The pads on my beloved Shu Umera curler finally wore out. After discovering that they no longer sell replacements for them, and they’re no longer sold in the U.K. I purchased this Sheisedo one. I compared it to my original Shu Umera curler and it is EXACTLY the same! This one does feel ever so slightly lighter in weight. But the shape and movement is identical. It’s a great eyelash curler especially if you have smaller hooded eyes like me

Great curler that has refill option!
Needed to get my technique right but after a little practice I’m really pleased. I have super straight lashes and this curler gets them lifted into a nice curl. I’m also really pleased they do refills for it as the reason I got this was for that. I previously had a Mac curler which I liked but they don’t sell rubber refills and generic ones didn’t fit properly. It feels really wasteful to have to get a whole new curler every time the rubber needs replacing. Happy customer
