Product description Zuma White Hot Chocolate Powder 2KG Tub. Zuma White Hot Chocolate is not a chocolate in the truest sense, it's a blend of cocoa butter and milk powders. It doesn't contain any cocoa solids which gives chocolate its brown colour so there's no bitterness. Serve it to your customers just as it comes, with a shot of syrup, or a mound of marshmallows. 2KG Tin makes approx. 71 servings, based on a 12oz cup. Ingredients Sugar, Sweet whey powder (milk), Skimmed milk powder, Cocoa butter, Glucose syrup, Thickener: carboxy methly cellulose, Natural flavouring, Anit-caking agents: calcium phosphate, silicon dioxide, Milk protein, Salt, Stabiliser: sodium triphosphate.

What a disappointment- don’t waste your money!
Waited eagerly for this to arrive, and very disappointed indeed. Having read other reviews on the product, I expected it to be rich and that we would need to put very little powder in. In actual fact, 5 spoons of power later and it still tastes like a cup of warm milk. If that’s what you’re after, this is the product for you. Although if you want white hot chocolate, you’re better off saving money and going elsewhere!
