This is a great bag!I got it primarily for trekking/bushcraft type stuff,after looking at loads of bags.I didn't want something that looked like a massive hiking bag,or rucksack-I wanted something discrete I could take to the woods and try out different bushcraft gear.I've used this bag for months now,and I'm absolutely impressed by how rugged,sturdy,and best of all,how BALANCED it is-even with absolutely tons of stuff in it,I have walked miles,and miles with no discomfort whatsoever.It's not a massive capacity-but I can fit all my cooking gear,pans,zebra pot ,2 tarps,hammock,knives,a small bag of wood and kindling,small binoculars,gloves,first aid kits,compass,and sundry items in it-and my dd gear ,too....oh,and my hatchet!It's amazing how much stuff you can get in it,because it isn't a massive 45-50 litre bag,but as I said,the best thing is it is very comfortable,brilliant straps,and padded back support,and handy side pockets,back pocket (where I put by metal box stove,flat packed,and my med kit).I was out in the pouring rain,in the woods,and along a coastal path today,and nothing inside my bag got wet-the top seals shut with a drawstring seal,and the top of the bag on top of that.I thought the studs which close the bag (the straps don't keep the bag shut,the magnetic buttons do,but the straps also are adjustable,which is great when you have more gear in.Overall,if you need this for a laptop,it's great-fits my 17 inch HP no problem,with a ton of room to spare,but for bushcraft,it's perfect for an overnight/day trip.I tie an extra water bottle,nearly 2 litres to the front strap,and the bag still keeps its balance,and comfort.If you're camping out for more than one night,you may need a bigger bag,and if there was a bigger version of this ,I'd buy it straight away,but I reckon a seasoned bushcrafter could do a couple of days away with it as it is....I'm just not that brilliant at packing,yet!I have a smallish molle pack,which goes over my shoulder on along strap,and I carried some extra stuff in that today,easily with this bag,too.This Vaschy bag is quality,and built like a tank,and I've had it jam packed full of stuff-it takes it easily,so far,and I go out very regularly to the woods.Genuine buyer,impressed by the quality.Thanks for making my trips to the woods a lot easier.

Great looking bag and generally surprisingly good quality for the money.The GOOD- Looks great- Very comfortable to wear- Nice selection of pockets- Straps close wellThe BAD:- The stitching around the drawstring sock came loose after a few weeks so I had to repair it.- The material is rather thin and not as strong as the rest of the bag.- Abetter top handle would be nice as the one included is very basic and not very comfortable to carry the bag by your side.

When first ordered this bag I wondered if I'd made a mistake as it seemed quite small when first seen.Wrong. This bag is excellent - spacious and filled with inner pockets - I feel like I keep discovering more. The main space is perfect for shopping - I filled it up and could barely carry it as it was so heavy.I had someone recently comment as I sat outside a pub and removed a digital SLR camera, a second lens, mini tripod and a couple of other bits. After taking some photos I returned the camera, etc and took out my e-reader and glasses. I also had a hoodie in there as well as a few small bits and pieces. There was still room for more - if I felt like carrying it.The straps have decent magnets - they close easily - and the bag has a decent quality feel. I haven't used it in heavy rain at present, so can't comment on water resistance, but the drawstring inner pulls it tightly closed, so with the flap down I suspect it will do the job.This is a good looking, spacious bag. Very pleased with it.

I've seen other bags like this one, but they were always very expensive. I think the price is fair for the bag. It is big enough to travel and also to work with it. It has a lot of pockets and some hidden ones. The material is very good and despite not being waterproof, I've got some heavy rain using it and my items were safe inside the big pocket. The colour is exactly like on the picture and really comfortable. We also had a nice card thanking me for the purchase from the brand. Really happy with it and highly recommend :)

I like this bag, no fuss, clean lines, smart. Plenty of slim pockets. Has only had light use so far so a little difficult to really say whether it'll last or not, let's be honest - a lot look good and within weeks look tatty and then fall apart. The reason why I gave it 4 stars not five is because, inexplicably, within weeks of buying it, one half of one of the straps came loose and has been lost. Having had a good look at the straps I can see how easily this can happen. The bag is still good of course but it's the look of the thing, it just doesn't look so nice now, it looks 'broken', y'know? Disappointed. Still, otherwise a nice bag

Just received my new bag and I’m so happy with it, I was looking for a spacious vintage style backpack and this ticked all the boxes, plenty of colours to choose from (I was going to get the camo but when I came back to order it they didn’t have for some reason) so I opted for the dark green and it’s a wonderful colour. Everything feels extremely sturdy and well made, there is tonnes of room inside and lots of additional storage pockets. I’m a midlands bus driver and I needed something that would fit my cash tray vertically, so in my bag now I currently have my cash tray, my camera bag (camera body and lens) headphones, spare ticket rolls, hi vis jacket and a tub of chewing gum. And there’s still room for a lunch box on top!!! I have my pens stored in the mesh zipper pocket and licences etc in the pockets below, I have some extra things in the front storage pocket which is also zipped as well as flapped! Straps are great and very comfy at first put-on. I can’t wait to use it everyday, I’m going to use a waterproofing spray to cover it anyway so it’s waterproof so I can’t comment and the resistance it has already. However I watched a YouTube review on the exact bag and the water resistance looks great. It also comes with a one year warranty!Thank you vaschy for this amazing bag!
