So many uses
Very happy to have found this product, it is so great to have egg yolks always on hand without the need to find a use for the whites. So far we have used the yolks several times in ice cream and in bread recipes, results have been perfect. Easy to store and well packed, took a while to find the little scoop but a spoon does just as well.

Egg yolks without having to find a use for the white.
I use this powdered egg yolk to make sugar free ice cream. It is one of my favourie desserts, but as the egg white is not required I was always looking for a way to use up the surplus whites. This product is ideal for the purpose, being easily reconstituted with water and thickening the cream mixture in the same way as fresh egg yolks.

Must have in your kitchen it you into baking. Whenever it says 2 large eggs etc I add with the 2 eggs, 2 additional spoonful of yolk. Makes the cake fluffy and light

I am on keto diet and this is perfect food scource for keto. Mixes easily with water in shaker, which other products don't do.Highly recommended product for keto diet.

Fantastic product - eggseptional!
This is the first time I've used dried egg yolk and I'll never go back to eggs again, the taste is far superior to normal eggs and the maynonnaise I made with it was superb, I have also used it in my baking and I've made some lovely buns and cakes. I've also used it as a face pack to nourish my skin - this product is excellent. It comes well wrapped and the container is large and will last for ages. This is a quality product.

Pure and natural
Dried egg yolk is hard to find. This is pure and natural. Lovely colour and texture. I bought this to add to my cats meals to give them extra nutrients. I used to i port from the US, but import taxes pushed the price up. This works out cheaper too. Will be purchasing this again when the tub runs out, although it will be awhile as its a large tub.

Simply, choose the fresh if you can
It is a good option if the fresh is not available, but the taste is not the same. I have tried this product for making a custard: the aftertaste is not pleasant.
