After the OEM grill is hopeless, but this one!
Sturdy, stout, rigid. Stands up to steaks and briskets.

Great grate.
This is a great grate in terms of design and material quality. My only suggestion would be to use higher gauge grate wire, it’s awfully thin and bows with heat.

Does NOT have a "heavy duty" cooking grate
It has a nice heavy duty frame, and 2 heavy duty size handles and 2 support bars. However, the COOKING AREA grate wire is way too thin to be considered as "Heavy Duty". The cooking surface of the grate - its main purpose- is considerably underbuilt an unlikely to withstand any kind of "'heavy" as in high heat use - without dipping and warping. They almost got it right, but in this cooks opinion, they really missed the most important detail

LOOKS GOOD BUT THE FIRST TIME I USED IT, IT HAS A DEPRESSION IN THE MIDDLE. THE SELLER IS NOT HONEST, BUYER BE WARNED.
