Roll over Club-Mate, there's a new Maté in town!
You don't need to be charitable to say that this brew can cure the Club-Mate blues. Refreshing, invigorating, and downright delicious to boot, these teas have quickly wormed their way into my daily schedule, and they could do the same for you too!

Fantastically refreshing soft drink
I have bought this drink for the past year at work and finally took the plunge and bought in bulk for home! This has become my go-to soft drink since it's comparatively so low in sugar whilst being crisp and refreshing. The mate element is mild which is a good thing as other mate drinks can be bitter!I love the fact that the company supports important charity issues, whilst supporting reuse with its adapters you can attach to the bottles!

Tasty, but it's no Club Mate
ChariTea is a cool company and I dig what they're doing, with good design, good flavors, and a socially-minded and sustainable approach to drinks. BUT... in the end, I was looking for an equivalent to Club Mate, the refreshing, caffeinated yerba mate-based soft drink so popular in Germany (notably its club scene). It gets close, but it's just not the same thing. Club Mate uses exclusively yerba mate (I believe), whereas ChariTea blends yerba mate with black tea, and you can definitely taste it. ChariTea also uses a little bit less sugar (honestly this is probably a good thing), so it will be a little earthier and more bitter than Club Mate. I'm someone who doesn't indulge in sugary drinks that often, so when I do decide to have one, I am often looking for that sweet hit -- unfortunately, I don't really get it with this drink. Finally, on a per-unit basis, ChariTea's products are more expensive than the original Club Mate. As long as I live in the UK and until Club Mate gets a reliable distributor in the UK, I will continue to order ChariTea's mate drink, but it will always pale slightly compared tot he real deal.

Tasty and refreshing
Very tasty and price is ok. I wouldn't be willing to pay more for these bottles, but when you compare these to the price of bottled drinks of similar quality at the supermarket, it makes sense.
