Fits well. I found it a little fiddly to get all attached. Shame no pocket for lens cap or a filter

Neat case and excellent snug fit. Case is well made and water resistant so overall pleased. The case is supplied with a palm grip but if you fit this and also have the neck strap fitted it is all rather fiddly. The wrist strap also uses the tripod mount screw, so if you plan to use a tripod don’t fit it on. (I removed mine.) In my opinion the supplied strap would have been better as a wrist strap on the case itself as once the camera is removed from the case one hand has to then hold onto it. What I would also have liked would have been some form of compartment on the outside of the case for the spare battery and memory cards. This would have made the case perfect.

This is a good fitting genuine Sony product for a newly acquired Sony HX400 Camera. It should certainly keep the camera protected when travelling.It was a bit fiddly to fit at the start but as it wears in it is so much easier.

Fits the camera perfectly

This soft case provides useful protection to the camera. It is not very easy to close when you have the left-hand wrist strap fitted. When closing the case it is VERY easy to turn the camera selection dial by accident. This can result in some surprises when you open the case to use the camera subsequently. The case doesn't close very well around the view finder, but with care and patience, a reasonable case for protecting an expensive piece of kit.

This case is a perfect fit for the Sony HX200. If you want a big bag to put loads of stuff in then this is not for you, it is really just protection against scratches etc which is what I wanted it for. I agree with a previous reviewer that a little pocket for a memory card would have been a good idea. Don't pay any attention to the reviews stating that it is difficult to put the camera into the case as it couldn't be easier. Very happy with this purchase.

Really pleased with camera case. Very good protection for camera. It is a snug-fit which is what you want. I did not want a camera bag, because to me the whole idea of a bridge camera is to minimise what you have to carry around. Sling the camera case over your shoulder and thats it. The small hand strap attaches to the camera in two places and does not interfere with the main camera strap. I always use the hand strap since this makes the holding of the camera much steadier and secure. The camera case is attached to the hand strap, so when the camera is removed from the case it hangs below it. All in all it does exactly what I wanted it to do.

Bit fiddly for opening and closing, but fits the camera well.
