Doesn’t come assembled, but assembly is easy. The thread it comes with is a metallic thread and so it doesn’t stay knotted and is harder to tape. If you tape it to the wall make the tape into an x shape and it should stay longer. Otherwise it looks great once you get through the assembly kinks.

Assembly Required
As others have said….you have to put the banner together yourself. I didn’t know this so was very frustrated when I removed it from the packaging at the venue and saw the time it would take to thread all the letters. I ended up throwing it away because I didn’t have time. The item is cute but allow yourself a great deal of time to assemble before your party
