I've had my eye on yoga swings for a while now and decided to finally purchase one to help alleviate some back pain, get myself up off the ground with stretching as well as another form of strength training. This is multifunctional and easy to set up wherever you choose, as long as you have sturdy support. I have an entire home gym like cage so I set mine up on the pull up bar which is extremely sturdy and well supported. So I certainly had no concerns of falling and am happy to report I haven't fallen (knock on wood). The material is thick and feels very durable, as do all of the hardware. The clasp hook things as you can see from my pic are very durable. They screw to loosen and tighten before you can even open the clasp, an added safety measure in my book. I'm very happy with it thus far and look forward to exploring the various ways to get more use out of it.

This yoga swing set is a made of tightly woven nylon which has a nice sheen to it. The handles are padded and made of mid-grade plastic. The hardware is all made of steel. I haven't had a chance to install this yet, but the directions are simple and everything is looks solid.

The hardware is up to the task of holding me up, I did need to switch out the concrete anchors for lag bolts. The fabric is strong, overall I'm glad I tired it, but might stick to the more traditional weights. It was fun to try to mix up the workout routine for a bit and certainly for those more into yoga this would be a good product. The included instructions actually had some good tips for where to mount it.

No instructions included. Pain in the rear to figure out. Wouldn't order again.
