I am usually a size 14-16 up top and 16-18 on the bottom so I ordered an XL. It fit fine in the top, but oh dear lord from tummy to hips!!! I carry most of my weight at hips and my tummy 'pouch' but this dress was too tight to be the size it is claiming-for that area of the body anyway. I was tempted to go a size up and try again, but as the top on this size was comfortable, I felt the larger size would hang off at the top, despite possibly fitting OK at the bottom. I can imagine if you're a size 18 but not necessarily due to hips or tummy, this would be fine and very flattering.

Material is quite stiff and cheap. Doesn't look like the picture. OK as a casual day dress.

I would have given 5 stars if the belt didn’t have marker pen all over it where they have written numbers, the dress is gorgeous and fits lovely - I am a 12 but went for L are if I’d of got M it would have been to tight. I’ve got in other colours it’s so nice and great from summer with sandals and a little leather jacket x

i ordered a larger size than i normally wear and it was too small, the material isn't great, i was going to order another, but i wont be bothering. shame because it looks so pretty on the photo

This is a nice dress and fits well. I am 5ft 7 and size 18. My negatives are the finishing. An area at the back where the pattern has been mis matched has left what looks like a white mark from a distance however its actually a bit of the flower pattern that hasnt been matched on the seem. Due to this i would wear this dress for a casual occasion but nothing more formal. A shame really as i dont have time to send it back but will keep it for day wear. Also the material is silky but not flowing more stiff. It is for holiday and it will not be airy but ideal for a UK summer.

The label on the dress says 40 degree machine wash is OK, where the listing here says hand wash only...I trusted the care label on the dress itself without realising the listing had said hand wash...Got a large noticeable fabric pull on the bust area as shown in the photos when it came out of the cold synthetic wash cycle for the first time so definitely is hand wash only!Shame, it will have to go in the bin now and it was a pretty dress. Label should say hand wash only if it can’t be machine washed.

Very tight on stomach and bum/hips despite ordering a L which is meant to fit a 14/16.

Love the pattern and the print is to the scale shown in the advertisement. It's a little boxy for broad shoulders but a cute casual or work wear dress with a blazer or jacket.
