I’m natural and I’ve tried many highly rated flatirons over time. Saw this one and really wanted it…the price threw me off for a while…after a while I broke down and purchased it!!! Well….as you can tell by the pic…it’s worth it.

Definitely the best flat iron I’ve ever owned. It doesn’t snag & gives my hair a great shine ! I just love it. Keeps my hair straightened even with the humidity & only need occasional touch ups.

This straightener works amazing so far! I straightened my hair in half the time of my chi. Id go over my hair a bunch of times with my chi and i still felt like i had frizzy hair that wouldnt straighten. I only had to do a few passes with this one and my hair looked great! Sleek, straight and tamed.

The media could not be loaded.  I was so excited to receive my Prima3000, shortly after receiving it I had a client booked for a silk press so I was thrilled to unpackaged it and use it right away. Look at the Results! Best Flat Iron Ever!

Update: 3 year warranty supposedly on product. Just know you're paying for "top quality" and "extended warranty," but you'll never hear back from customer service. Wanted to like this straightener, but way too faulty for the stupid amount paid.So my husband ordered me this a little over a year ago and I've used it only about a handful of times because I had another older straightener that worked better. Well, I recently started using this one more and let me just say that at first I thought I was just hearing a normal "heating up" of a straightener, but this thing is shocking me. Literally shocking me. It is brand new. No dings. Hasn't been dropped. Cord looks spick and span, yet it is crackling with electricity and shocking me. I've owned MANY straighteners and have never had this problem, even when they were old and beaten up. Buyer beware.

Heats very fast and I love the long swivel cord. Easy to make curls if you want that and straightens with ease
