i don't know why i thought that this product included some kind of elastic or clasp to hold it in place or at least something more involved than a cloth tube, but it doesn't. i suppose that's my fault... i guess i couldn't conceive of a product this useless seriously being offered for sale.i received the product.i followed the instructions.with much cursing, i got it on my ponytail. i lost four pounds and my spot in the church choir in the process.bottom line, this product did absolutely nothing that i can't do better, faster, and easier with hair ties. it's not particularly attractive when it's on, but i was buying it for utility anyhow. small irony, that.you know the material tights are made of? imagine a pair of tights so small that not even your ponytail will fit through it without a fight. that's basically what this is. (the material is actually a stretch knit; it's just somehow way less flexible than you'd expect.)save your money. use a few hair elastics along the length of your ponytail to keep it in place. it's cheaper, more effective, and so much less irritating. plus, you'll have the added bonus of being smarter than me, because i spent the money.

Got these to keep my (curly-@$$) hair from tangling on the bike (bagger, highway speeds, nothing extreme). It works great! ...but it slips off easily. Taking a 3/4 helmet on and off knocks it off the pony-tail holder, so it slides down. My wife was fiddling with it all through a 45-minute ride. Great idea, but you have to make sure it's properly 'seated' before every ride. 3 or four stars -- wish I could give it 3.5.

Had some stetch, didn't break the bank, With practice i am sure it would be easier to use, but it seems more fuss to use it than to stick to a plain braid.I wanted something to slip over my hair, to replace a braid or ponytail. To reduce breakage and hair stress. Robust this you are supposed to braid, or twist ponytail your hair. Also not snug on thinner hair. Feels like it would come off on a motorcycle ride.

With thick hair it’s hard to get through because it doesn’t stretch. I found it easier to put three bands in my pony tail then push and pull through and twist as I shoved it up to the top of my ponytail.I’ll stick to my snap leather hair gloves

Fantastic! Package arrived and I put the WRAPTER on. Great all day. Before bed, I did put a cloth tie around the top to keep my 'tossing and turning' from moving the WRAPTER. Next day, still in place. I am going to order several more.I have waist length hair. Really am trying to limit the 'crazy scientist' look by limiting the use of metal clips. The hair wrap is a super alternative. The smaller pieces stay put, not getting knotted. The longer pieces are not flying around. Thank-you.
