Winter is forever here
North dakota winter is like from october to june, so its gonna be awhile before I see these things sprout. But they came packaged well and looked good

Healthy
The Mrs cooked a couple of them up, tasty! And rest put in the garden. This is my second time buying, and both times they were well packed and in excellent condition. They came quickly and had little buds on them, bought late in the season. An excellent company! Very happy with them.

I bought a number of varieties (from another source) to try to grow (again)... this 5lb was a good value compared to the others which were sold strictly as seed-stock... I plan to cook most of these and only plant a few. The raw slices I tested already were excellent. I used to have local sources for these, but those dried up during COVID and haven't returned. My last bed of hardy sunchokes got devastated by my chickens, I didn't think they would root out every last one but they did.

Very well packaged with wood shavings, and moisture kept in by plastic bag. The plants are plump and flawless.

Fresh, good
These came in looking fresh and good, I planted them, but… My chickens found them, and they love them! Need to purchase more so that I can keep them growing for me to enjoy!. :-)

Every single one has sprouted!
Never have I ever had a 100% rate of something sprouting, but these did! I planted them in my haygarden.I some in a garden that is just decomposed hay. And they all sprouted. I have some in a location that I can rarely get anything to grow, covered it with a bit of hay, and all of those are ALSO sprouting. I'm going to continue planting these around the property for shade and privacy where other plants haven't succeeded.
