This product is sturdy and is a good alternative to the more expensive brands which do the same thing. A couple of downfalls are that the handles are very flimsy and break very easily due to the soft wood they are made from (handle to lift up broke on the first day of use). Although this doesn't prevent the product from being used, it is annoying. When using a battery motor to turn the food, it was initially very stiff and would not turn the rotissarie. I had to unscrew the main mechanism and apply some wd40. This worked a treat and made the mechanism work without an issue.

This is a nice looking bbq, with motors it turns into a rotisserie on the large and small sqewers. There was a couple build issues with the bbq, not bad enough to have to return, but the customer service was great and they resolved it very quickly. - very easy to assemble -delivery was 2 days earlier -customer service was 5 star on resolving the problems.

The product is ok but it has a few issues. The wooden handles of the skewers are very easy to break. (Mine was broken the very first day) and generally is not a heavy-duty product. Not so value for money product.

The barbecue itself is sturdy well built, not painted sheet metal but thick coated steel!The rotisserie part of the build that sits over the build is poorly made out of cheap materials. You will find it difficult to turn with just a little bit of weight on them! The smaller skewers work well though! The wooden handles on the level don't last either, made of cheap wood that cracks easily.Over all the pit itself is great! Just the top rotisserie could be improved quite a bit! But for the money it's a great deal!

having brought a barbeque back from cyprus many years ago I wanted a new one like it to replace it,this one looked good but it is nowhere near the same quality.Everything else is ok except for the rotating spits. The top ones with the 3 skewers are jammed and can hardly be turned using a lot of force, the smaller ones at the bottom do turn but the battery operated motor hasn't the power to turn more than a couple of skewers. If I had known how poor this barbeque was I would have bought a different one without the rotating spits.
