My trail running shoes are a 7 1/2 and these (recommended size) are too big for my trail shoes. However, they do fit my boots perfectly. So if you’re buying them for trail running size down for a more fitted profile.

Ease of use. I have 4 pair so I don't have to keep taking them on and off. A bonus was the fact that I could put them on my ski boots and still have then fit in the binding. 4* due to cleat wearing too soon.

I live in a snowy area and I have a steep driveway. With these, I can easily go up and down after the snow.

I like the design. They fit my boots, 8.5 hiking, well. Ice is a hard surface, I normally am walking on hard surfaces, the spikes twist when I walk, because my foot twists naturally. Over time, I need to readjust them and they fall off. They are good for basic use but not for urban settings.

I Only wore them twice for not even 30 minutes and they already broke I was heartbroken and still try to fix them but it’s not working so for me I wouldn’t order this product again
