I don’t usually write reviews but this product deserves one. I’m a newbie to yoga and looking around in my classes, saw a few genius people using a towell to separate their nose with a mat that 100 pairs of feet had previously touched. I looked at a few of these on Amazon and thought I’d try this one as it wraps onto the mat at either end. Best purchase ever! It not only acts as a barrier but gives you lots more grip, comfort and creates a more personal space for your practice. I’ve already had a couple of people approach me and ask where to get one for themselves

Really great quality towel that doesn't slip AT ALL (at least for me). The manufacturers seem to have done everything they can to combat common problems with slippage - they've added corners so you can slip the ends round your mat, sticky gel stuff to the underside so it doesn't slip in the first place regardless of the corners, and made the material textured ie. not shiny and smooth so your hands don't slip in downward dog. For hot yoga, this towel is a winner. The colour is also beautiful (I ordered the purple). I ordered two other products to compare which, I must be honest, looked absolutely stunning, but my hands and feet slipped when I tried them out on the carpet, never mind the yoga studio, and I'm sending them back. Couldn't recommend this product highly enough.

I bought this because I was sick of spending my yoga classes slipping around the mat more than doing poses! It's not even hot yoga, I just have very hot hands :( This towel has changed everything. It turns out I'm much better at yoga than I thought when I'm not constantly readjusting my hands. It's lovely quality, looks really nice and as mentioned in the product description it is a little big to account for shrinkage when washing but it still stays over the mat perfectly. Have been using it loads and highly recommend - have been sending the link to all my friends!

I got my towel a couple of months ago and have been using it once or twice a week since for my hot yoga classes. It works fine :) I kind of feel like microfiber towels work a bit better to be honest, as this begins to wrinkle and move about a bit during my practice, but the pockets at each end hold it on to the mat alright. I think that possibly all of the use & frequent washing of it is stretching the fabric a bit, so maybe that is why it has begun to move about some. But overall, for the price it is good!

I only recently started practicing (hot) yoga and bought this towel for the studio I was attending. Due to the quarantine situation I never got to use it in the studio so far but am using it now for my home exercises (yoga, HIIT...).The positive points are the wonderful colour and the very light weight of the towel. It feels very soft and of high quality. The underside has a kind of a rubbery surface and does not slide on a carpet or wooden floor and for sure will stick to a yoga mat in a studio.It comes with a storage bag and a small spray bottle.And - leading over to the negative point - you definitely need this spray bottle! Wetting the towel in a hot yoga studio is a must and will give you a good grip on the mat. As I can’t get those temperatures in my home and exercise under normal room temperatures I am not spraying the towel - just to avoid getting my floor covering unnecessarily wet.Be careful though using this towel in a dry condition - it is extremely slippery!To be able to exercise normally I use non-slip socks for my yoga practice and trainers for my other exercises, which works perfectly.. Naming this as the only downside of this towel, I would definitely recommend a purchase!

I bought this as I was totally new to Ashtanga Yoga, and my hands kept slipping on the mat. My Yoga teacher recommended a towel, but this one exceeded my expectations! It has a great surface which doesn't feel overly sticky to the touch, but definitely gives your feet and hands a lot of extra grip. I can concentrate on the yoga now (which is hard!), without the worry or extra strain of slipping on the mat. The included bag and spray water bottle are a nice touch too! Recommended!

Bought this yoga towel for hot yoga to stop my hands and feet from sliding all over the mat. Unfortunately I have found that unless the towel is wet (i.e. well saturated with water, not just damp) there is absolutely no grip and the towel is more slippery than the mat! Even my mega sweaty hands do not seem to provide enough moisture for this towel. When the towel is very wet it has a lot of grip but this means dropping out of yoga poses and interrupting flows to spray the mat multiple times per class...This towel would only be suitable for a home practice where you have plenty of time to spray the towel between poses.

If you are looking for the absolute best Non Slip Hot Yoga Towel, you've literally found it. I bought two of these and I can't even find the words to describe how good this product is; it sticks to the mat to perfection and it makes hot yoga classes seem like regular ones, and you don't have to worry about sweating anymore. I'm using it with the marvellous "Manduka PROLite" and it makes the perfect match. Well done Heathyoga!!!
