Sea to Summit Wilderness Wash Citronella, 89ml

Used this stuff on a backpacking trip recently (just before lockdown!) and it works really well. I used it primarily as dish soap but also washed my hair and face with it once and it was fine. Will definitely use this stuff for trips going forward.I opted for the citronella version purely because I thought it might smell nicer. The scent is very mild, so suitable for any use and any person I think. Can't comment on its bug repelling ability but I suspect that's probably marketing fluff.It's highly concentrated so a small bottle lasted me a whole week easily, though I was quite generous with it. I'm sure I could have made it last longer.

I love this stuff! I bought his for my hike on the Camino de Santiago and it worked wonderfully. It is concentrated, so a little goes a long way. It is low foaming, so it is easy to rinse. It smells good, so keeps you feeling fresh. I used in conjunction with a scrubba and I think it was a great purchase. It lasted me about 5 weeks washing 2 shirts, 2 underwear, 2 pairs of socks, 1 bra and 1 pair of shorts/pants per day.

Ideal for camping outdoors with added benefit of citronella. Can be used to wash both the body and undergarments or swimwear (not heavy fibre items). Ok for washing hair (male short hair in my case) not sure if will have the same effect regular use for long hair. Only use a small amount and do not be fooled into using more as limited soaping affect. biodegradable and relatively environmentally friendly. Always use away from a natural water source I personally would never use actually in a freshwater river/lake system. convenient size for traveling light and dual purpose so you will not need to carry 5 or 6 different bottles. A little pricey though hence the 4 stars.

Recently took this on a six night trip to the woods and can confirm a little goes a long way. Even when a couple of days topped 30 degrees a capful is enough for a shower, washing up of a few items of light weight clothing. I guess you could just use a little more and take you clothes and dirty pots in the shower with you.Great smell, not to strong but pleasant, can't comment on the insect repellent aspect as I use another product to keep the bugs at bay.

It’s tiny, much more like what I’d call travel size. My fault for not realising. Also price on the item was more than £1 cheaper than what I paid which is quite significant in the scheme of things.. The company did offer to reimburse me if I sent photo of the item showing the price but hey ho, life too short to get involved. Maybe just make clear tiny travel size and price may vary

Used as body wash and also for washing some clothes. A little goes a long way.

I brought this for my niece who was going to Borneo for a month, so I do not know if it has worked yet!.., but I will submit feedback when she comes back to UK.

I’m starting to carry this with my shower kit. After a salty day at the beach, I like to rinse off before driving home. This is biodegradable, smells good, and jus a little bit works great

Erleichtert bei Outdoor Abenteuer nicht nur das Reinigen und waschen, sondern auch durch die Ergiebigkeit. Da es sich hier um ein Konzentrat handelt, muss nur ein Bruchteil der normalen Menge verwendet werden und somit auch nur ein Bruchteil des Gewichtes getragen werden.

Buon prodotto, ne basta davvero poco. Però si deve utilizzare ad almeno 100 m dalle fonti di acqua, il che ne impedisce l'uso nei ruscelli, e quando si fa un trekkin di solito il sapone lo si usa lì.... quindi immagino che la biodegradabilità non lo renda davvero innocuo per l'ambiente.

Worked well and a little went a long way. Dries your hair out a bit, so I used a tea tree conditioner and that helped keep the bugs away
