Add a half cup of water in your microwave to help the hydration of wheat. Place the bottle in the microwave and heat for 2 minutes at 750Watts taking care to turn it over half way through the heating time. Place it then back in the toy to keep warm. The bag is reusable. For cold use, place the bag in a plastic bag and keep in the freezer for 2 hours. Remove from the bag, shake the bottle in order to make it more flexible and re-insert into the soft toy.
