The media could not be loaded. This is a delicious way to get a vitamin. It has a pleasant strawberry flavor, a soft texture and is delicious to chew. The brand needs no comment, as any Holland&Barrett vitamin has quality.Note: The smell and taste are not cloying.

I prefer gummies to tablets as gummies taste better so I have motivate to take the supplements. This product taste very nice. Light strawberry taste not too sweet. Only one gummy per day makes it easy to continue. I do feel my hair grow a bit thicker after finishing this bottle. I will continue with this.

There is a month's supply of hair gummys in this bottle. The good thing is that these gummies are vegan friendly. so, anyone can take them. and these gummies have a good dose of all the nutrients you will need for your hair. The only thing is that this is a month's supply. and honestly, i haven't really seen much difference for now. I have ordered another month's supply. and hopefully in a month or 2 i will be in a better position to comment on the results. So far, they are yummy and easy on the tummy.

These appear to be good quality biotin supplements from the trusted brand Holland & Barrett. They have good levels of ingredient strengths in them and nothing I would consider unnecessary or 'nasty' that the body doesn't need. Like most vitamins, they are made up of a variety of ingredients that vary from brand to brand - for example, one version of biotin may contain Vitamin D, whereas another does not - it's all up to you what you're looking to get the most benefit from.The bottle is labelled clearly and lists all ingredients and the dosage as 1 gummy per day. I currently use another brand of hair/biotin vitamins called Hairburst which are more expensive than these H&B ones, so I'm curious to see how they compare. My current gummy vitamins are a lot tastier than these ones, I do have to admit. These H&B gummies are supposed to be 'berry' flavour, but there's hardly any taste in them at all. That's not to say they taste bad, there's just not much taste in them to speak of. They are not chewy either - they break down into pieces inside the mouth very quickly.So far as price goes, they do seem to be around mid-range for these kinds of vitamins. They're not particularly cheap, but they're not the most expensive either. As you can see, the bottle comes sealed, which is very important, but it also confused me when I broke the seal to see the bottle was actually half empty - and I mean that literally, check out my product photos. I counted the gummies and there were 30 (correct for a monthly supply of course), but I really think that Holland & Barrett should rethink either their package size or double the dosage inside the bottle, as this seems to be a huge waste.Overall, I think the ingredients are good and balanced. The gummies themselves are not the tastiest I've ever tried and the flavour is so mild that I barely noticed it. For a 30 day supply at £14.99, there are worse options out there. I'm taking a star off due to the lack of taste and the packaging issue - I really feel like it's a waste of time having a bottle literally double the size it needs to be. Either double the count of vitamins included, or resize the bottle.
