Does the job

This is a great band. I’ve used a few and this one has s near the top. The rang of stretchable use is perfect. Doing curls with this will definitely keep your definition. It comes with a little booklet as well which is good but if you look on YouTube you will find and see the workouts this band ca do. I totally recommend it. All that is left for me to check is how long it will last. If it stands the test of time I will buy another
