This learning game is just what my grandson needed!
This educational multiplication game is just what my grandson needed to get him motivated to learn his multiplication tables. He loves playing games so this one was a great choice to get him moving fast to beat me at the a game. He is very competitive and in order to win he had to move fast to beast grandma because I know all my multiplication facts. It is motivating him to memorize his facts so he can move faster than me to answer. He loves the game and it is helping him remember the multiplication facts. It is a great teaching tool.

A fun game, but no instructions given
This game arrived in a box of its own about a week after it was ordered. It came wrapped in plastic when taking out of the box. All pieces were intact. They were not many pieces of the game that needed to be prepared or assembled by adults, which made for easy use by children. There’s a good variety of multiplication problems leading to a wide variety of use among children of varying abilities. the game is self-explanatory, but it would’ve been nice to have instructions or different ways of playing the game. It was confusing to some kids because there’s only four game pieces. The quality of the game was of high-quality. The game apart as the kids use it. The cards are durable and the game pieces will not break with a lot of use. There are a variety of multiplication problems that range from 0 to 12 multiplication facts. I like the way that it’s spread out in a grid that allows the kids to notice skip counting and the pattern for each number. They were not any instructions for how to play the game. I wish there were some ways of playing different variations to the game. And having more game pieces would make for more people to be able to play.Overall, this is a good product. It teaches and allows for practice of multiplication from 0 to 12 and is an engaging way to use those skills. The quality of the board game itself is good and will last a while even with the use of children my only complaint is, there were no instructions on how to play the game.

Great learning tool!
This is great way to get your kids excited about doing math! I love that it’s wooden so you know it will last a long time! It’s fun and easy to use but also very helpful! My 8 year old son uses it all the time now and we’ve seen a huge improvement in his math skills

Confusing
I thought that this would be a specific game that would teach multiplication, which is perfect for my 3rd grader. Unfortunately, I didn't see instructions so I really didn't know how I was supposed to use it to teach her multiplication. Maybe it's one of those things where it seems self-explanatory, but as a busy mom, I didn't have time to figure it out, so it just sits unused in my bedroom.

Multiplication Tool
Having a multiplication table on paper wasn't as enticing and inviting. So, got this multiplication board to help my third grader have a tactile and interactive way to learn and be quicker with her multiplication. This is a great learning aid, whether you use the dice game, draw cards, or just fill up the board with some marbles. So it does come boxed with some additional pieces. The purpose to play the games, which we have tried. Both games, purpose would be to race and find then mark the answer on the board. Can use marbles or the provided little wooden pegs.Dice Game: Throw 2 dice, multiply the 2 numbers on the surface, and mark the board. Keep tallyFlash Cards: Draw the multiplication card, and mark the board. Can keep tally, or just give the winner the card to see who has the most at the end.Priced $17 at time of order and review. Many ways to use this board
Learning benefits by employing different methods to teach a concept. This board offers a more hands-on approach to multiplication, which helps many kids to learn. I am conflicted about how to rate this toy. I don't see it as a game, but it's still a learning tool. The game consists of a 9 by 9-inch wooden board printed with a numbered grid of 10 by 10. Printed across from left to right are the products of the numbers 1 through 10. Each product is printed inside an indentation where a game marker can sit. There are 4 game markers and two 10-sided dice. Included are 100 cards for the 100 multiplication problems whose products appear on the board.Ready? Not yet. There are no instructions for play included. Not printed on the box or inside it. Online, you can find videos that demonstrate play. They include rolling the dice and multiplying the two numbers, then marking the correct answer on the board. If the child isn't sure of the answer, they can use the grid of numbers to check or find the answer. In other words, someone who does not yet know their multiplication tables can teach themselves using this board. Not bad.The second way to use the board is to choose a problem card at random and mark the answer on the board. But the makers of the board intend the card play to be a competitive game, with 2-4 players all vying to be the first to get their marker on the correct answer, for a point - they get to keep the card if they are first, and the player with the most cards wins.I don't have any grandkids of the same age to see how this game play goes over with them. Rather than try to be the first to get their marker to the correct answer, it seems easier and friendlier to just call out your answer. If you are right you get the card, for a point.Frankly, learning multiplication tables doesn't need to be competitive, and some students would avoid it. This board is a helpful tool, though, and this is similar to using flash cards, except that the grid/table puts each multiplication problem into context. And that is an improvement. One note: The manufacturer recommends this toy for 36+ months. Do the math. I am guessing what they mean is that because of small parts, this game should not be used by kids under 3. Most schools teach multiplication in 2nd or 3rd grade or 7-8 years old.
