hypeMen Badge Backpack Black One Size

This is a smallish backpack/daypack sized bag. It was bought for use as a schoolbag and has plenty of space for a day's worth of school books plus a good sized pocket at the front for pens, calculators and other school equipment. It's a replacement for a 3 year old Hype backpack also used as a schoolbag which still has plenty of wear in it although the colour had faded from black/grey to pinky brown. The new bag seems to be sturdy and I've had no complaints so far. These Hype backpacks really seem to be unbeatable for the price when buying a schoolbag for an older child.

This is the second Hype bag I have bought for my daughter, they are sturdy and will last longer than 1 school year even with the weight of books they have to carry at secondary school!

After looking for a bag that wasn't too bulky or garish by design I found this. It's relatively small but works very well as my work bag, and would work perfectly well as a school bag. Personally I bought it for the logo as I wanted something that didn't look boring and plain, but I don't think it's added any particular quality to it other than some nice ties on the zip.It's definitely not a heavy duty bag, so I wouldn't put in anything too heavy too regularly but as a day to day bag with a bit of style it certainly lives up to the the Hype.

I bought this for my 13 year old son going into second level school based on the reviews. I am very disappointed in the size of the bag. It is smaller than any other school bag he has had before and no extra pockets on the side or inside the bag. If you are looking for a bag suitable for holding second level school books then this isn't the one for you. It doesn't seem very strong at the bottom either so I don't think it will withstand the weight. My older daughter ordered a different bag which is not a brand name for a lot cheaper and the quality of her bag is way better than this. Disappointed. You are paying for the name.

Does what it says on the tin

Great service, arrived very quickly. Bought for school for my 13 year old daughter and she loves it. It doesn't look as strong as some I've bought in the past, or look as though it will hold as many books, but this is what most of the kids have apparently. So far, so good and I have a happy teenager, which I now realise, is the most important thing..

As I got a Hype bag for my daughter I had to get one for my son. His primary school does not allow funky designed backpacks so I had to get him the black bag. The bag is perfect for school, seems strong and holds everything he needs. Having the separate front zipped pocket is a god send to keep important things separate. As for the seller - I had next day shipping as promised and great communication when I called to check the sizing. It was great to be able to call them and actually speak to someone helpful! They knew what they were talking about as they were a dedicated Hype backpack seller.
