Being pretty good at expectations management, I was kind of waiting for some sub-mediocre productfor this money. To my shock the tiny camera has far better performance than anticipated, both in sharpness/contrast and low light sensitivity terms. A real wide angle lens that I'm sure will provide sufficient coverage. I also bought the stand alone screen separately, both analogue. Easy mix and match. I didn't install yet, only indoor tested. But I'm already far more impressed than I was with a fully boxed kit I've got last time (narrow camera angle, smaller screen imbedded into the rear view mirror, considerably more expensive). Long live P.R.of China for civilising the planet. Long live Amazon for service.Update after installation: After a bit of DIY lateral thinking, all installed and set-up, fantastic image on the 4.3 inch screen, camera has far better than anticipated contrast, decent sharpness and dynamic adaptive range. All in all 110% satisfied. Too bad wife left and took the car with her. So i missed my opportunity to take photos or videos.

Bought my daughter a Peugeot 108 after she’s just passed her driving test, she’s only short so struggled with blind spots while reversing the car, bought this camera and a £25 loom off amazon, loom plugs into the rear of the X-Touch head unit and allows the yellow rca video-in plug to go into head unit, so in total not even £33 plus a couple of hours of my time. Having done one I’ll easily do another in half that time!Instructions also state do not go too near the camera with a pressure washer, so ignore the 1 star review as he obviously doesn’t read instructions!

Tiny little camera, and came with everything you need, but the included hole cutter was poor. I decided to cut a hole through my tailgate for a 20mm blind grommet for the cable.The drill was totally blunt and the cutter not good.It would have cut the plastic blanking plate ( in my case , 2017 S Max) but even then with a professional cutter 20mm was tight for the camera.TIP: Use a 6mm warding file to make indentations in the hole at 90 deg. That way it stops any rotation as the clips locate in them and weatherproof with some silicon underneath the flange of the camera.The camera gave a clear image and the reversing guides as compared to the PDC were quite accurate.NOTE! Don't be tempted to use a "Scotchloc" to connect the red power lead to your reversing light feed, it is of poor quality and small gauge, and will not ,make a reliable connection, splice and solder it, insulate with heatshrink.

Fantastic camera, comes with everything you need. Looks good and works well day and night. I was worried that it would be low quality because it was cheap but I'm amazed at how good it is and how well it works, easily worth twice the price.

It fits lovely and is unobtrusive! For whatever reason I bought 3 or so alternative designs before discarding all them in favour of this one. Perhaps they should change the description to BUY THIS ONE FIRST! ha ha

After reading reviews, I thought I would give this a shot, the image was great.Fairly simple install. Unfortunately, after 5 months it started to flicker purple now and then.Then the image turned upside down. Then it stopped working altogether after about 6 months in.Gutted!! As, it looks great. And the picture was decent.Unfortunately, my return window has closed. So just be cautious if you buy one, and do develop faults early...get a return as soon as!

Fitted to a VW T5 and was the perfect size to fit discreetly under the number plate light housing. Picture very good, even when dark, far better than I had hoped. I have it operated via a switch on the dash so I can use it at anytime and not just in reverse. 100% perfect fit for a T5 and comes with hole cutter included.

Very cool little camera. I chose because it was the most 'low profile' of the cameras I looked at. Comes with a little hole saw that drills the perfect size hole for the camera to pop into. You can't even see the camera on my VW van. The video cable was too short for my very long van, so I bought a separate video cable that was the same spec. Works great.
