Great while it works (updated)
I ordered two and my dogs loved playing with them…for 3 days. One stopped working already. They shake, bounce and roll and keep pets entertained but the one I received only lasted a couple days. Could just be a bad individual ball or they all just aren’t designed to be durable enough. (Update) I contacted the company about my problem. Customer service response was outstanding and they resolved my problem. Now both my dogs are happily playing with their balls.

Almost Impossible to Charge Without Breaking
I almost didn't buy this after reading the reviews about how easily the charging prong breaks but did so anyway. I was very careful to follow the instructions about charging it and tried to do right out of the box. When slowly pulling the needle-like prong from the tight, tiny charging hole, it broke off inside. Was never able to turn the ball on for my dog to play with so I can't speak to how durable it is otherwise. This is unacceptable for such an expensive toy.

Charging Plug is Extremely Flimsy and Sharp
We bought the ball for our puppy, and he kind of liked it. Not what we thought the reaction should be, but hey, all dogs are different. The ball did perform as advertised. The problem was the charging system. At first, I couldn't figure it out. Then I realized the long, needle like charging prong, had to be shoved down a thin hole. We figured it out but didn't count on our puppy going at it like crazy to get it back. He very quickly snapped the prong - leaving part of it inside the ball. I didn't realize it until after the replacement chargers arrived. I tried to shove it in - only to finally realize the ball was done for. There was no way I could pull out the broken piece and thus, I'll have to figure out how to return the cords or just deal with it. I also quickly broke one of the charging prongs, when I tried to insert it. In my opinion, this is both a recipe for problems and a definite danger. The charging prong is literally like a sharp needle that takes a good bit of effort to shove in. And it's so flimsy, it can easily snap and break. Or, your own furry engine of destruction could get hurt. In addition, the company seems to be based in Hong Kong and it took forever for the replacement chargers to arrive. It's a very odd combination - the ball seems to be well made, but its support items are cheap, easily broken and too sharp for my idea of animal safety. Also, the replacement chargers are not sold by Amazon - we had to reach out to the company - which is how I found out it was in Hong Kong.

My dog loves this ball! BUT PLEASE BE ADVISED
I ordered this ball for my dogs 2nd bday and she loved it. HOWEVER. It is not a ball a dog should sit and chew on. It’s good for chase and for dogs who like to catch and release things for amusement but the silicone rubber was ruined after a few minute chew session her very first time playing with it and she’s a small dog(morkie). I didn’t care as long as it worked because she still loved it. Then after 20 - 25 min it just stopped responding. I had plugged it in immediately after opening before giving it to her to play with just to check the charge and it should have been charged as the green light had indicated and she had only played with it for 25 minutes or so at this point. I tried to get a reaction out of it. Nothing. I wanted to plug it into the charger just to check the charge and make sure it wasn’t broken and - the long skinny prong on the charger broke at the base… I was plugging it in carefully the way the directions instructed and it broke before I could even wedge it in all the way. I returned it obviously and they sent a new ball right away and this time I’ve been more careful and very closely monitored her chewing. I have to say the concept is there and it’s great but I really don’t want to have to limit my dogs play in this way. She needs to get the zoomies out. Also I bought this ball so my pup would have something to do while I worked so the necessity for constant supervision defeats the main purpose for me with this toy. At this price I was expecting this ball and the charger would be more along the lines of indestructible and I wouldn’t have to take the ball every few minutes or so when she wants to try to gnaw on it while I’m trying to work. That being said - if your dog loves to chase things and isn’t a huge chewer def buy this. Happy I got it on sale!

Treat Free Enrichment
The media could not be loaded. I purchased one ball to see if my dogs would even show interest in it due to the cost of the item. Both my dogs loved it so much I purchased two more! I have two of the small size and one large size; they play with both sizes equally. These balls keep them entertained for about 20-30 minutes before they try to start chewing on them. They will bite and pick them up before this time but not to the extent that I question their ability to destroy the balls.Pros: Durable construction. Variable settings to adapt to your pet's interest. Depending on the setting you choose, the ball will vibrate, bounce, roll or a combination of all three. Many times the ball has rolled from one end of our house to the other (On wood floor, approximately 70 feet!) with the dogs chasing the ball all over the house. Our pups play with these balls every evening before bed.Cons: This con is necessary to maintain the integrity of the product, but the ball is difficult to turn off/on and charge. It is difficult to insert the plug into the charging port as the hole is covered with material and you must penetrate the material to get the port inserted. This was not significant enough to prevent me from purchasing two more, but it may be difficult for anyone that may have limited dexterity in hands.

Updated.
Updated to say that the company did send me another toy with a charger at no charge. Hopefully this charger will last longer. However, my dog isn’t too interested in the toy since she usually likes to carry toys around in her mouth instead of chasing it around which is what I hoped she would do.This looked like it would be a great toy for my large dog. Unfortunately she always wanted to just carry it around in her mouth instead of “play” with it. Once the battery died, tried to charge it. But the pin broke off the charging cord with the first time charging it and now there is no way to charge it. This toy was way to expensive to not be able to charge it. Now it’s just a decoration in the dog toy box.
