I tried all the sporty type shops locally, but none of them stock thin yoga mats. Checked Amazon and found this; just what I need with the correct thickness for my purpose.Apparently, this particular colour is often returned, but a different colour from the same coy isn't, so go figure - !Does what I need, fit for purpose, nuff said - !

Ideal Yoga Block for Poses lying in your back.
I bought this half thickness yoga block to help with my back and neck issues. I have been finding that I need a block under my head when doing Pilates or Yoga poses lying down. The normal thickness blocks are a bit to big and no block is uncomfortable. This block is ideal! I also like the colour.

Great customer service and product
I ordered 2. I use blocks like these for clients with knee or shin issues, during therapy and class. The blocks are perfect size and thickness. Easy to transport, easy to store. The only negative is about shipping time. After a month of not receiving items, I requested a refund. 2 days later, they showed up. I notified seller, they had already started refund. I offered to pay again & they declined. I will order from this seller again, because of their quick response to my request AND their kindness, and the quality of the product. My clients and I are grateful.
