Tralasciando l'aspetto esteriore (che comunque per me è molto importante) questa cintura è davvero bella, ma a parte quello è estremamente spessa, dura (anche se non rigida e scomoda) e ha la chiusura che è PRATICISSIMA permettendo di chiuderla in un click durante l esercizio e poi di rimetterla con un altro click in posizione "aperta-ma-chiusa" che ti permette di tenerla in vita senza che stringa e senza doverla togliere. E' l'unica cintura su amazon che ha questa funzione e solo per questo è da comprare.Poi che altro dire. Le taglie da comprare sono solo 2:- Taglia M ok per persone 70-80 kg (è molto adattabile quindi non fatevi troppo problemi - se siete ragazzi normali dovete prendere la M;- se siete particolarmente grOssi prendete la L. (Se siete grAssi non vi serve questo prodotto. Vi serve dimagrire)La XL è o per obesi (che non ne hanno bisogno perchè prima di caricare squat dovrebbero dimagrire) o per bodybuilder/powerlifter avanzati (che non è il tuo caso).La S è per aracnidi scheletrici che non hanno bisogno di una cintura per fare squat perché non caricheranno mai più di 100 kg (sì infatti sotto i 90 kg è assolutamente inutile usare una cintura, se non controproducente, quindi se carichi meno di così evita pure di comprarla e rafforza la tua struttura).

A new PR!After i pulled my back last week deadlifting i decided it was time to try one to support itThis belt feels excellent and looks excellent, was easy to set to my size and is comfortable to wear.I can wear it unlatched when im setting up and preparing for the next set which is much better than having to take it off often.The latch feels strong and sturdy and snaps nicely, also does not fall off the body easilyOverall a great purchase and i am very much looking forward to my next deadlifting session using the belt!

First of all I would not recommend this belt for the price they charge.I had my belt for a short time before it broke. Only 3 weeks to be precise. For a belt I payed £30 for, I would hope that the durability and quality would be better than others priced at £15. However it doesn’t seem that way… The actual quality and sturdiness of the belt cannot be faulted. It definitely does the job of protecting your back when lifting. The quick release is a great feature and works well, until it snaps in half! Mine snapped in half just as I was tightening the mechanism, not under any strain or pushing force from my back when lifting. Therefore I would not recommend this product and would instead recommend buying a good quality buckled belt, as they do the same job and don’t break on you!!

Was recommended this belt by my PT, I've traditionally used the belt buckle ones with two prongs which are uncomfortable and awkward to use for the most part. The latch is one of the best ideas i've ever seen on this kind of belt and it sure is enjoyable unclipping it and letting that big ol' gut fall out again.

Does what it says on the tin! This is sturdy, thick and the size can be changed. Very good quality. Can't believe I have waited so long to use a belt and instantly I felt less strain on my back post squats and deadlifts. Has also given me more confidence to life more as I felt comfortable in my lifts.
