If you have a rod needing an eyelet repaired then these are ideal. So far i have used 2 eyelets to repair 2 different rods.

Do not use in salt water
Claims to be stainless steel suitable for salt water, they may have some chromium in them but if they do it's insufficient to stop them rusting. I now have the job of reringing 2 spinning rods following less than 2 months use in salt water...
