Good, depending on what your needs are...
If you have plantar fasciitis, this may meet your needs; however, I requested these because my chiropractor recommended a 0.5" shoe insert made of plastic (which I recently somehow lost) for me to use because I apparently lean so heavily on my right side that it is causing subluxation.Pros:1) My favorite thing about this product is the adhesive (yet not sticky!) substance on the bottom of these insoles. It almost reminds me of how window clings "magically" stick, unstick, and re-stick to glass surfaces even though there isn't anything that resembles glue on them. This allows the insoles to stay put in my shoe, vs. sliding around the inside like I was accustomed to using the insert from my chiropractor, allowing me to almost forget that I've got something in my shoe.2) Because this is essentially a half an insole, these can go in either the left or right shoe - great for my needs, since I only need to wear it on the right side.Con: Unfortunately for me this is a big deal, which is why I could only give 4*.1) There's no way my chiropractor would approve of this based on the purpose the inserts he recommended were supposed to serve. In order to actually have a .5" lift (or .6" like the Small of this product is supposed to provide) the material would need to be a harder material. Because a majority of this insert is made of a softer gel-like material (the only hard plastic part is a small roughly 1/4" strip along the outside of the heel), there's no way everyone of every weight is going to be supported at this height.Overall, I figure it is better to use something of the "wrong" material correctly vs not using something at all, or to be misusing the thing that is made out of the "right" material. We'll see what my chiro says.

Cheap product
My husband ordered these and they started falling apart after 2 days of use. Terrible quality. Would not recommend.

These insoles really helped take a lot of pressure off of my heels. I will continue to use these in my everyday work boots, hopefully I will keep seeing improvement!

Works as described!
They fit in a lot of shoes but are a bit thick for some. This is an extreme size, so that is expected. I use them both to just not be as short as I really am! They are comfortable too!
