Looks nice
Bought this to store my golf items and other misc sports equipment and it does a goodjob, but it was missing a few parts and hardware, and some pieces were broken on arrival, after discussing with support, we were able to agree on a resolution! 4 star for product, 5 star for service

good organizer
I liked the product, However while putting together the ball bag ripped...The product was mostly assembled so I don't want to replace or return....However asking Amazon to replace the ball bag that now balls fall out of and they said no. Its not a small item to replace or return. other than that ok product.UPDATE: The company did rectify the issue, I would purchase from them in the future.

Great storage with ambiguous instructions
Product assembly took a little while and the instructions left little to be desired. Some holes are close together and a little hard to discern which one to use. After a couple of issues in the beginning I did find my groove and was able to assemble. With one person it did take at least 2 hours to assemble.

Missing Parts
As I am finishing building it, I notice there are 2 screws missing. Then I go attach the hooks they show on the left side of the pictures and they don't even sit properly, they are wider than the bar they sit on. The same goes for the bat holder on the right side. The bar is smaller than the bat holder and it doesn't sit right. Very frustrating because it looks promising once fully built. By the way, the instructions are not detailed at all.

Solid storage for the price... if it wasnt missing a part.
Overall its a good system for the money. Build process is straightforward, but somewhat time consuming. Just a bunch of the rack legs/shelves and allen head screws. Some of the fitment wasn't the most precise which meant some of the screws were more cumbersome to thread in as the angle of them sliding through the drilled holes wasnt always straight on. Nothing that wasn't workable, but a few were close to the point where I though I might not be able to get the screw in.The biggest disappointment was that I seem to be missing one of the screws that should have been in there. I have ONE extra short screw and was missing ONE of the longer screws. This likely means there was a mixup and the company simply accidentally put an extra short screw in place of the long screw. That means one of my shelves is not properly secured at all four connection points, but rather just three (the short screw is not long enough to work at all where the long ones do).I tried to reach out to the seller thinking the $0.10 screw would be a simple piece to send to me to solve the problem. Unfortunately, that's not an option through Amazon to contact the seller and instead Amazon wants me to return the entire rack. Fat chance i'll be doing that after spending a couple hours building the thing. Guess a trip to the hardware store is in my future. As for the rack itself. Its well built. Not rock solid. Not flimsy. I wouldnt buy this if you plan to max it out with heavy equipment like weights and power tools, but for the standard sports equipment and kid crap, it's pretty versatile and a great size.

Steady and easy to set up
This rack is a must have if you have more than one child that plays sports. Now we are able to keep all the soccers, basketballs, softballs and other sports equipments organized in one place. The best part was how easy it was to set up, decent size and sturdy.

Missing parts
Ok I was so excited to get this and organize all my kids sports equipment etc….. needless to say it’s disappointing. I put it together last night and found that 4 of the screws wouldn’t fit into their holes and I even had my husband try he said they are just products of bad manufacturing. We are going to go to Home Depot today to figure out a way to get the pieces together. I’m also short 3 screws so I have to go buy some as well. It looks good but it was hard putting the pieces together. The legs #B were also very bent so we had to use a mallet to gentle get them into place. I would t recommend this product unless you are pretty handy.

*Updated Review* (Originally Missing Parts)
UPDATED REVIEW- I received a refund and all my missing parts! (Original review below) I couldn't be happier with the customer service. I was a little worried with the lack of responsiveness to my email, but I was quickly contacted through my review on Amazon. The product has been fully assembled and is working fantastically!ORIGINAL REVIEW-The product has been great so far, at least for what I could assemble. I am missing 5 long bolts and can't put the top self on until I get them. I emailed 5 days ago and haven't heard anything back yet.
