I am on my feet from five in the morning until often past five in the afternoon. I work at a high school that Has a population of more than 4000 students. I am constantly on the go throughout the day. If I do get the chance to sit down, it is rarely less than five minutes. I had been having serious leg cramps at night that were so painful. They would wake me. My cardiologist recommended compression socks that would keep the blood moving, even if I wasn’t on my feet or walking. I didn’t just want knee socks, I was looking for socks that would actually squeeze and be firm on my legs. Tight enough to do what they need to, but not painful or uncomfortable for extended daily use. I bought a set of three initially. It does take a little bit of work to get them on an in-place comfortably, but after the first time wearing them, kind of figure out the best way for yourself to get them on and In a quick fashion. I am able to simply pull them on over my toes and then straight up to my knee. They do need a little bit of adjusting, but once you have them in place, they don’t move, Bunch or roll down. I liked the three that I bought so much the first time, that I went back to the store that offered them and bought every single combination and color that they had. I could not be happier or more comfortable wearing these compression socks. Highly recommend, the quality is better than you would think, and you won’t be disappointed. I would recommend using this brand, as it was the most reasonable priced and true in construction to what a real compression article of clothing is. They are very thin socks. Not as thin as stockings, but thinner than a normal ankle or slip on sock. I wear these with my sneakers, and I do not have any slipping, and my shoes are not too loose wearing them. However, you may find that if they are too thin, you can always wear a pair of ankle socks over them before putting your shoes on .I would like to add on a personal note, that I bought these socks on a recommendation from my cardiologist. Unfortunately, I have suffered more than a dozen strokes in the last three years. My most recent stroke was in January 2024. My cardiologist felt strongly that compression socks may help to stop blood clots from forming or moving through my body. He told me that compression socks will actually force blood back from the bottom of my body and up circulating to prevent future clots.From either a medical, or conventional use, I highly recommend this brand and these socks for their comfortable durable and colorful appearance.Excellent quality, Excellent material, Extreme value for your money, I wear them every day, and I get so many compliments because they are bright and fun and patterned. Most people can’t even tell that they are medical compression socks. Do not be Fooled By other listings that claim to be compression socks. I have bought and tried them, and they were not.Do not waste your money or your time looking elsewhere. This brand and these items are exactly what they claim to be. They Comfortable, and do not Pill or fuzz or fade in the wash cycle. The colors do not bleed or fade either. I was so happy with this brand and these socks that I Shared earlier… I now own every color pattern and style that this sock has been offered in. They are great to wear under boots, sneakers, leggings, jeans, scrubs, and pajamas. Lightweight enough so that you don’t become overheated or feel warm, and snug enough to stay in place all day, and just exactly Constructed with the exact material to provide compression in a comfortable, and proper manner.

After the vein ablations, I was required to wear thigh compression stockings for a week after which I could “graduate” into the knee socks.These fit the bill perfectly. They are super cute and even though they are not as strong as the thigh ones, they provide enough compression to satisfy my needs. They do roll a bit but that might be because they are too long for me. Next time I will order a size smaller. According to their chart, I fit well within the “large” size but they are not only too long in a foot area but also the height. It doesn’t bother me enough to return them.One other point to note, even though these socks have a toe, I’m not overheating like I was in a toe stockings thigh high. Since I’ve been wearing them, my ankles have not swollen at all, the pain is significantly better, and I feel so much more comfortable than I was in the high stockings.I love the design, the price is not bad, and I am in a lot less pain and discomfort than when I don’t wear them. I’ll be buying some more cute designs soon.

I ordered these socks 1st time and they were fantastic. 2nd order I picked a less expensive color option (4 socks instead of 3) . These were thicker and had less compression. I could pull them on like a regular sock. Not tight enough. So, ordered a 3rd time picking another more expensive color option. And loved these also. Very good gradual compression for ankle area. But doesnt cut off circulation. Great quality. Very colorful and fun. Recommend the more expensive options available.

I am a nurse and in my feet a lot. I love these compression socks!! They are so comfy. They have great compression. They are super cute.These actually stay in place and don’t roll down. Works well and great for ppl with circulation problems. Great support socks

I was pleasantly surprised with the support they have because they are thin but after a 9 hour shift in the restaurant without any breaks my legs did not hurt! I love the variety of colors and it adds a touch of fun to my uniform. They're a bit snug when putting them on but they are sooo comfortable. My feet don't swell as much either with these. Good value for the money and I definitely will get more. My only suggestion is don't go by your shoe size like I did. I'm a 9 1/2 so I chose size large so they're too big in the foot bed so the place where the heel should be is above my ankles. Overall I can't complain about the quality it's good!

Bought the size large because I wear a ladies size 11 and have 15.5 inch calves. These socks are cute and work fine for everyday wear, but if you’re looking for something to help combat swelling of the lower legs, the compression is insufficient for the purpose. I wore these on a road trip in the hopes that they would keep my feet and ankles from swelling while sitting with my feet down, but the compression just was not even remotely adequate. I have some Physix Gear compression socks bought from Amazon with 20-30 mmhg compression that are absolutely great and keep my ankles and feet from swelling up, so I’ll stick with those for travel and deal with the plain black. I’ll use these Levsox for everyday wear whenever I’m headed out to do grocery shopping or whatever.

They are comfortable, fit well, and really help at work (long hours, mostly outdoors, mostly solid surfaces) Good price and quality. I ordered 2x. I got the medium the first time and they’re snug and take a bit to put on but still good. The second time I ordered large and am much happier. I’m female with a shoe size between 8.5 to 9.5 depending on the shoe (so I was right on the cusp). I use these under my work boots and they help. The toe seam is pretty low profile so no rubbing to worry about. I’ve had them for a couple weeks now and would recommend.
