Because they come in different sizes, I was able to find the perfect size that fit without causingany pain or discomfort. I barely notice it after a few minutes, once my nose adjusts to it beingthere!Sleeping with this in isn't a bad experience, either. I haven't personally had any issues, and itdoesn't bug me or cause any issues with sleep. In fact, this snoring device does the opposite! Ithelps me get better sleep because I'm not constantly waking up from my own snoring, and I'malso able to sleep better because my roommate isn't keeping me up with her snoring. I gave hera pair and have had blissful silence at bedtime ever since!I recommend these for anyone who has issues with snoring themselves, or to anyone who getsannoyed by the person they sleep next to when they snore.Also, these were a really great price compared to others I researched before making mypurchase, so I was a little unsure if they'd get the job done, but they're great, and they're anunbeatable price!Seriously, stop wasting your time searching, and just get these! Will definitely purchase againwhen needed.Also wanted to add that they came very quickly as well, so I was excited about that!

I live alone and have no idea if it helps with snoring.I think the solid tube is the most comfortable, it keeps nostrils moist, the cage one let's them dry out. Granted this was during winter with the heat on, might not be an issue I. A humid environment.The nose clip stayed in/on the best.The other two sometimes fell out during the night.I don't think they improved my sleep.I noticed them too much to really get comfortable.But it was a nice tester kit and I have a pretty good idea of what size my nostrils are now.

Still getting tortured

The pinch style units included in this set do not work at all. The cone style units work but are not as comfortable as other brands I have used.

Tried this product to determine if helpful while traveling, to avoid bringing cpap with me. After using for a few days, I believe the product is somewhat helpful as it minimized my snoring; from scale of 1 to 10 (worst), reduced to about 6.5. I think it's a hit or miss product that will not work the same for everyone, really comes down to personal conditions, including your health. Still rating 4 stars because it did marginally help me and I will personally use while traveling. Also product is not so invasive or uncomfortable like other products I've tried before.

The product is super simple to use. I’ve tried different types of nasal strips but couldn’t have them on my nose long enough-my skin would start hurting. I use TerraSure anti-snoring devices all night without even feeling it.I also noticed that I don’t have as much nasal congestion during the day as i did before.

This came with a number of pieces. No directions. I really don’t know what to do with all of them. I have only been able to use one piece. I think there are a few sizes included which I’m never going to be able to use the bigger ones.

Painful, annoying fell out during the night and didn’t work. Don’t waste your money.
