This thing is great. not sure why there are 1* reviews. I've used it on a few recent iOS 8 versions, streaming Plex to hotel room TVs. It's pretty much the perfect remote viewing experience for me and essential when I'm on the road so much working.

I have just received my cable and it does NOT work on my iPad 2 or iPhone 4s. What are the chances of getting my money back!!! more money wasted. Message displayed, unsupported device.

I recieved a cable looks alright but its nt realy as good as u connect ur laptop with tv as its suddenly stops workin and the again starts again

This is better than the offical Apple one, plug in and go the only downside is battery drains down quickly but it lasts long enough to watch a few movies or back to back football matches:)I use it with an i pad 2 updated with latest software

I'm appalled at how long the hdmi cable lasted, it broke within the first week, and I didn't even email you guys because i was afraid all of them might be like that that's why i might just buy one from a shop so I can see if it will last long or not
