It will clean your teeth but, after chewing off the outer coating of the stick (which you will be spitting out the rest of the day) you will want to vomit the entire time you chew the inner fibers. The entire experience was like eating Hagus, pointless and disgusting. Just use a toothbrush.

Not good for intended use, taste bad and don’t clean teeth well

These work great for travel and everyday use. Seem to work as good as regular toothbrush if not better. Not fond of the aftertaste it leaves but works well. Very functional.

I've got to be honest; I ordered these just because I wanted to try something new, and although I've heard of these, I've never used them before. I thought it would be fun for my older kids to try them out with me. Overall, we did think these were interesting but probably wouldn't order them again. They tasted better than they smelled (and they didn't taste great), but they did make my teeth feel pretty clean when I was done... I think we'll just stick to our regular toothbrushes though.

So these were interesting to use, I’ve never had something like this before. The instructions tell you to chew on one end and then slowly peel it away so you can brush your teeth. It’s an interesting concept and they’re supposed to be healthier than other oral hygiene aspects. I’d say give it a try, I don’t see much difference but maybe I haven’t been using them long enough. It’s a great travel piece I will say that.

I’m not sure I’d choose these over regular toothbrush but…if you’re someone who wants to feel closer to nature everyday these are for you! Strong earthy flavor it’s very cool how it peels & it really cleans your teeth.

This is my first time using anything like this. I was a bit surprised by the scent... it's definitely not very pleasant and takes some getting used to. The flavor isn't quite as bad as what it smells like but it's definitely a bitter taste.My teeth did look and feel amazing after using this, and I did also let my dog chew on it bc she has terrible teeth and won't let me brush them. She actually seemed to enjoy chewing on it... so hey, dual purpose. I think great for occasional use but i can't see myself using this on the regular.
