I’m happily surprised to be honest. I’m used to electric scooters and I can say this is a great one, especially for its budget. I mean, 19mph, battery great, not heavy, easy to assemble,… can’t ask for more.I have one and only joy killer, it’s less performant as soon as the road hills up. Snail mode activated lolOtherwise, I highly recommend it.

Bought this thing and this is now the second time the wire got pinches and then the whole thing goes out. The first time the black wire pinched when I tried to fold it the first week I bought it and it stoped working. Wouldn’t even turn on. So I contacted amazon to see if I could get my money back for a defective device and they said I had to contest it on my credit card. Then I tried reaching out to the company for a fix because it has a so called lifetime warranty but all I was able to do was email them back and forth. Finally I was able to reach there tech department who sent me the wrong item. So I sent it back and had to email them again Finally weeks later I received the right wire in the mail and they sent a video how I could fix the scooter myself. So I gave it a shot and took the whole thing apart with the tool they provide when you purchase the scooter. It was difficult and the whole process took my about 2 hours to dismantle the scooter find the wire that runs to the battery and replace it with the new one they sent me(they expect you to do all of this) finally I got the scooter working again and I was extra careful not to pinch the wire again when you open and close the scooter while folding. I think I got through about 5 charging cycles before I snagged the wire again and the whole thing shuts down, no taping or wrapping the wire, nothing works. The scooter just dies on you and your left with a dead scooter that doesn’t work. Terrible design!! I’m so mad because now I know how much work it will take to fix this thing and I don’t want to go through all of that again to fix it. Plus I would need to contact support team again and have them send me a new wire and go through this whole process all over again just to have it break again. Save your money, please don’t buy this scooter. Learn from my mistakes and just get a good scooter that works better. Maybe it will last you longer than mine did and not put you out $400 so now I am throwing this thing in the garbage and save myself a huge headache.

I am just five feet three inches tall but this thing is huge compared to me so anyone buying this product should keep this in mind. My son is six inches taller than me and it was more suited to his height than mine. That being said, it was still pretty good. It was very easy to assemble and installing the app on my phone was simple. I do have an issue with the fact that for some odd reason I have to keep paring my scooter with my phone whenever I want to use the app to unlock and use my scooter though. Not sure why that is. It took me a bit to get used to using this since it's important to note that the tires on this thing are pretty sensitive to uneven surfaces in the road or sidewalks. They tend to pitch you off if you hit a deep crack so that too is something to keep in mind. Although, my son seems to think that is more due to user error rather than the device itself. You will have to be the judge I guess. The price was great and the overall construction was solid so I have no complaints their either. I hope it lasts for a long time.

Hi.I really love this scooter. It has a very beautiful design. The ride is smooth and the controls are easy to use. It has a nice weight and it turns nicely around corners. Battery life seems to be as advertised so far. I'm really enjoying riding it. I compared it to many other scooters and for the price, functionality, speed and battery life, it was a perfect choice.

I got this product for my 9yr old daughter and she absolutely LOVES IT...but I'm jealous because I want to use it. Assembly was super easy bc it came assembled, with a 2 cords needed to be connects for acceleration and breaks. All indicators are great. Goes about 17miles which is less than some but for the price...amazing. and I'm not trying to ride scooter for 28 miles and never be around an outlet....so 17 is good for us

It works as a starter scooter. It doesn’t go as far as advertised, but it gets me to and from the destination I bought it for. I get about 4 miles and the battery ranges from 50 to 60% after that. There are hills and I’m just under 200lbs. Which doesn’t help the battery life.We folded the handle down to get it in and out of the car and some wires got smashed. It no longer works. Bad design.After trying to replace the cord, I bought a new scooter. The new cord didn't fit through the hole it needed to go through and I'm no electrician. I wasn't comfortable taking it apart, so it would fit. The new scooter works much better.
