LOVED it!!!!!
Weight was light, easy to maneuver, it did get scuffed easy after one round trip from Kentucky in the USA to Cancun, Mexico but it’s super easy to store and it was pretty durable for the most part except for the scuffs. Loved the color and design.

Good product
We use these for carry-on bags, and they were the perfect size. The spinner wheels make getting through the airport a breeze. The safety strap just added to my security because I was a little concerned that there might be an issue securing the luggage closed. We actually went through TSA checkpoints and I had to open everything up For them to do a complete search. Everything went great back in the luggage zipped up perfectly. The strap was a little hard to secure, but it held everything in place and made me feel better. Now I wouldn’t hesitate to fly without the strap, this luggage held up beautifully on a flight across the United States with two flight changes . We will definitely be taking these on our next trip next week.

Great product, but their locking mechanism sucks
This was exactly what I was looking for in a suitcase! It's big enough to fit my clothes and any gifts or souvenirs, the hard shell is durable, it has great maneuverability with the 4 wheels, and the fact that it can be folded down to a couple of inches is essential for anyone living in a small apartment! My only complaint is the lock mechanism. I tried to set the combination- and it allowed me to do so- but I couldn't scramble the numbers after. I tried reaching out to Travel Sentry, the company who makes the locks- and they said mine was defective and they could ship my a new one to install myself, but I'd have to pay any import fees. No thanks. I then reached out to Rollink and they said I had to go through Amazon. Amazon said that I'd have to ship the whole thing back to them but they would only give me $20 towards shipping!!! None of these options are good, so I'm just keeping the luggage as is and adding my own airport lock

Beware this suitcase--fragile zipper cannot take ordinary stress.
I NEVER write bad reviews because I don't usually feel so strongly as much as I have by the failure of this product. I was very excited to try this suitcase based on the way it collapses down for storage. It did OK on my first 2 week trip last month. Unfortunately, on my second trip this weekend, the zipper failed partially on one leg and then broke completely on another leg. I have previously used the same more traditional carryon roller bag the same size for years and years, finding it to be super sturdy and capable of being stuffed when necessary. But we have 6 of the traditional bags for our entire family and they take up a lot of space in the suitcase closet, so when one was breaking down after a decade plus of heavy use, I tried the Rollerlink bag excited by its ability to fold down. I learned the hard way that the zipper cannot withstand ordinary stress of trying to pack the bag very full. First, when the delightful gate agent for United insisted that I needed to get rid of my backpack, I put it inside the Rollerlink. I needed to squeeze the zipper, and almost immediately, one of the two zippers came off entirely. I thought the bag was still functional with the other zipper but it literally stopped working --the second time with no significant pressure--and the bag opened going through TSA yesterday. I held the bag shut through the terminal and then learned that, thankfully, the store InMotion sells suitcases in the airport so I was able to throw the Rollerlink away and replace it. Great advertising but literally most fragile roller bag ever. I can't imagine this working for anyone unless you are a super light packer and never end up with a packed bag.

Bad design
I hate that every time I zip it closed my hands brush against the dirty wheels. There’s no way to avoid this. It does roll smoothly. The exterior side pockets, if that’s what they are, are impossible to fit anything in. It does fold down compact but it’s pretty hard to get into the zip case.

Does everything it says it will do
Four smooth wheels, sturdy enough to go through check-in and come out intact, three sides have handles to help with lifting. It has two useful zippered pockets inside. I just wish the zippers zipped the other direction because I like to take things out of them while the cover is leaned against the wall. And obviously what makes this luggage distinct from others is the fact that it flattens enough to slide under the bed. They even include a white zip plastic/cloth bag to go around it so that it's nice and tidy with a handle.

Great
I wasn't sure about this luggage, and it holding up with the way the baggage handlers throw around the luggage, but after my recent trip to Italy, with a connection both ways in Amsterdam, I must say I'm impressed with it. I did however buy a cover for it. Mainly to keep it from getting all scoffed up (I got the pretty blue one), but also for some added security, just in case the soft sides didn't hold up. It holds so much and it is 1 pound lighter than my other suitcase. And 1 pound is a lot when traveling and trying to stay within the weight limits.
