No sure, really. Bakes very nicely, but bread spreads out too much, so resembles more disk then bread loaf. May need to try bigger loafs perhaps?Also disappointed that on seller's website it much cheaper. Unfortunately, found out after I already bought it.

I use this to make sourdough using a rye starter and it is amazing! The loaves come out absolutely perfect every time. Love it!

Worth trying a few of your own techniques to perfect this
I was sceptical about this product and initially i gave up with it and it sat on the counter unused. More recently, however, I returned to using it and I changed my technique. Instead of heating the whole thing in the oven first, I now just heat the dome part for about 20 mins. I ensure the base has a thick coating of semolina to prevent sticking and I always do the second rise in the base cold unless its a soft dough like a Sourdough loaf. For a soft dough I use a banneton and transfer it across just before placing the hot dome on top and putting in the ovenI found also that it helps to bake on the hottest oven setting for the first 10 mins, bake at 220 degrees celsius for 30 to 40 mins and then uncover the bread for at least a further 10. I then remove it from the base and place it back in the oven on a hot stone to finish it to my liking.The results have been considerably better than my first attempt and the crust is sublime. You need to experiment to see what works for you but I am so pleased I have just ordered the oblong version too
