I just finished making and eating a delicious pesto sauce recipe from a book written by my friend Noor titled: "Sunnah Superfoods: Miraculous remedies & recipes that will change your life forever!" The sauce was savory, tangy, and truly hit the spot. It's loaded with healthy fat (olive oil), as well as leafy green vegetables (parsley, cilantro, & kale). What I loved most about this book is that it not only lists recipes that are good for you, but also lists foods (before the recipe section of the book) that the prophet Muhammad(peace and blessings be upon him) specifically told us would be good for us 1400 years ago. Noor also includes personal stories and modern research to show how these foods are loaded with vitamins to make us feel better. In my life, I have met many people, and I always find something beautiful about every person that I meet. For Noor, what I love the most about her as a person is that she is very passionate about genuinely helping others. It's hard to meet people who want to help without some sort of personal gain. I always feel valued when I engage with her, and it shows very clearly in her book and how she lives her life. I definitely recommend that you all try the pesto recipe! It definitely will be a staple with my meals from now on 😊😊😊

Perfect combination of Sunnah and Modern Research
In the age of internet search engines, nutrition counseling has become incredibly accessible. Unfortunately, when information can be so easily produced and transmitted, the consumer bears the burden of determining what is valuable. Sunnah Superfoods not only does the heavy lifting for readers with regards to modern scientific research, but it also outlines nutritional benefits sanctioned in ahadith and sunnah of the Beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) - and it does so in a variety of ways, including recipes, tips for purchasing, cooking, and storing Superfoods, meal plan suggestions, guides to grocery shopping, and so much more! This book is a must have for anyone who is looking to purify their body, mind, AND soul!

The title says it all. This book provides detailed examples of how each superfood relates to the Sunnah and an explanation of its health benefits. A must read for foodies who try to live a healthier lifestyle. Excited to try all the yummy recipes in this book!

WOW!! Sunnah SuperFoods!! Who knew?!
Wow! An amazing book. Thank you putting together a simple book with food Information based on Quran and Sunnah.I’ve only had the book a couple of weeks and tried 2 of the recipes and they were delicious. I love the holistic approach the author has taken in sharing the benefits of these superfoods.Every household must have this book. I’ve referred to several of my friends and they’ve loved it as well.

This book truly captures what it means to eat healthy. These days we are bombarded with constantly changing diet fads and it is difficult to understand the best foods to eat to maintain good health. Sunnah Superfoods very clearly lays out the best foods told to us by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The Quranic ayats and hadith are clearly provided along with a description of the benefits of each food item. Even better, the second section of the book gives great recipes that utilize each ingredient. Ive been inspired to try new foods - such as barley and quinoa and also to make slight changes to well loved favorites to bump up the nutritional value - adding pumpkin to lentil soup.

Sunnah Superfoods is so much more than a cookbook!
A beautiful book written in a style and language that is simple with a layout is colorful and has been designed to make the book easy to use and follow. The book encompasses the importance of maintaining a healthy mind ,body and soul with delicious recipes, nutritional and health advice that is supported with evidence from the Quran and Sunnah. So far I’ve made 4 of the recipes with my favorite being Noor’s pesto sauce recipe. I’ll never buy a jar of pesto again!

Highly Recommend!
This is a must have! It’s one of its kind, a true gem. Not only are the reciepes delicious, but they are also easy to follow. The tips are great. I love the addition of references and support from the Quran, ahadeeth, and various scholars. The reciepes are great, but there is also a wealth of knowledge in the book. I cannot wait for the next one!

Any foodie with a passion for health will enjoy!
I really enjoyed learning both the nutritional facts on favorite foods as well as the historical relevance. It is well written with thorough explanations so anyone can understand the Hadith —even young Muslim cooks who may not be on a scholar’s level of Islam. A great addition to any personal library.
