The Bees Knees
Bought as a refurbished item and while it drains quite quickly it also recharges quickly. Looks like its brand new, works like it is brand new and is, I would say, of typical Samsung quality. Very happy overall. While I Love Moto G range this just shows what premium is.Refurbished is not as scary as you would believe and have distance selling regulations in your favour however the company I got this from were honest in their description, fast with delivery and hopefully honourable in their support if the need arose. Definitely worth your moneyNo complaints whatsoever.

Good deal
Amazing phone as most know already. This renewed phone from 'Bulk buyer's' arrived in a plain box and is in perfect new condition. It could easily have suffered some scratches as the supplied charger had the prongs of the plug resting against the phone. Also the charger (generic) is not an adaptive fast charger. I've ordered a genuine one separately for £7 from another seller.Overall I think it's a good deal.

Good quality for cheaper costs
Product appears to be fine , it can be a little slow at times but i thinj its more due to the model than the product itself . Main problem is the seller did not send the correct charger.

Not as Described and Poor Service by Telephones Online
The phone was purchased from Telephones Online as a refurbished handset which was described as "tested and inspected to look and work like new, with limited to no signs of wear". (*It was also an Amazon Endorsed Refurb)Firstly: Cosmetically there were clear scratches and small dents on the top edge of the phone (assumedly from a drop). I wouldn't have sent it back just for this as even though it was a little irritating I figured the case would cover it anyway.Secondly: Functionality. I turned the phone on (I think it had around 40% charge) and tried a few of the settings etc to make sure the screen was responsive etc. All fine to start with but then later on I encountered a larger issue: When the battery started to run low, I tried plugging the the charging cable (which came with it) and I found it didn't work when fully inserted into the phone - I had to wiggle the wire to make it recognise that it was plugged in but this only worked intermittently and if the cable was moved slightly then charging would stop. (*The type of thing that happens when a wire is knackered) So... as an experiment I tried my own cable (which was used with my s6 with no problems at all - and the wire is still used to this day) and found I still had the same issue - This implied to me that there was an issue with the charging point on the actual handset.I hoped this was an honest mistake and so asked for a replacement handset (as opposed to a refund). I then received information about the posting label etc. There was an issue with the returns label in that the tracking feature was not working - and in the returns information it was explicit that this was required (assumedly due to the high value of the item) - so I paid about £7 to have it returned via a tracked delivery method. I sent a message to check they had recieved the item and querying the replacement and then sent a follow up message to query when I would receive a replacement as they were quite vague in their first response. I also asked if they would refund the postage as their label didn't work.About a week later they said they had a handset available but it had no charger so would deduct £10 (no mention of postage) - I messaged back agreed that that would be ok. The following day they replied that they had no handset (*??!) and would refund me instead- again I queried the postage refund and they said they would ask their supervisor and then this was never addressed. *On top of this they also stated that their technicians had looked at the handset and there was no issue with the charging point. (Which is simply not true!- I even got family members to try plugging it in and they experienced the same problem I did) - They'll likely re-sell that handset to some unsuspecting customer too, so make sure it's not you!Since this experience I have purchased an S7 Edge from MusicMagpie - It was described as pristine and it really is immaculate, as a bonus it was also £20 cheaper than the one I purchased from Telephones Online via Amazon.NOTE: The Device itself is Lovely. Just be careful who you buy it from.

Very happy, great phone
I'm loving this phone. Battery life is great! Phone is intuitive, fast compared to my S4. So many features that you didn't know you needed in your life. Very pleased with the phone and the condition it arrived as it was an Amazon Renewed product. Very happy.
