I take this to the park and run my dogs with it. My kids love it, but I think I love it more. Battery life is good, but the best part are the 9 inch wheels and robust suspension system which crushes most terrain. The only drawback I can think of is that the electric motor sounds a little whiny and is reasonably loud. I've probably logged a couple hundred miles on this beast and it's still going strong. I've also taken it on the beach and there has been minimal wear due to salt water corrosion. I highly recommend it. I started by riding it only on grass and rough offroad before getting used to it and confident enough to ride it on the pavement. It is super fast on the pavement and it handles much better than my other electric skateboard with smaller wheels. I love this thing and I'm taking it on vacation with us this summer despite my wife's protests. Helmet is recommended especially when riding on pavement. One practical usage scenario: I offered to get my mom's car serviced, and there was not enough space to put my bike in the trunk, and noone available to pick me up and drop me off at the time. Brought the skateboard instead and easily glided home the full four miles to my house and then back again to pick up the fixed car. I would not buy anything with a smaller battery, definitely not with smaller wheels, inferior suspension, or a weaker motor. Just get it already!

The setup process-app etc- was straightforward. However, I did encounter some initial questions during setup. Thankfully, the customer service was fantastic. A representative named Jack was incredibly responsive and helpful via email. He took the time to fully answer all my questions and even went the extra mile by researching my specific needs. Jack was instrumental in setting me up with local maintenance support. Jack's excellent customer service was a definite highlight of the experience. Usually you are on your own after sales!

This board is amazing!!! Maybe not a great first eboard if you aren’t young and breakable. But this board is powerful, fast, and has a good battery, especially for the price.This is my second eboard. My first is the gyroor r1, their only board. It’s amazing, similar, torque-ey af, and cheap, check it out.I ordered another jking, a street board, but it was faulty with only one motor working so I returned it. So I’m was glad this one was better.Coming from a street eboard this was something to get used to. It’s big. Has big wheels. And has foot straps (which take work to change from regular to “goofy”). And suspension! But once one adjusts, all of those are this boards great strengths. Streets that were difficult or near impossible on the gyroor were cake for this board. It can go over railroad tracks, gravel, dirt, grass, whatever. The smoothness of the board makes you feel confident and go faster, which is fun. Your legs may get sore after the first few rides but it’s worth it!

They have good Customer service, got good and quick service about the charger.
