Sturdy, and well made crate. Fits my Q5 well, taking up about half the boot. It was perfect for my Labrador when he was a puppy, giving him loads of room.For a full grown lab, it is a bit small despite a similar size dog in the pictures. The dog manages in the crate but it's a bit of a squeeze and when he's sat up he's hunched over and looks pitiful.To fit the boot design it has to good slopping side out which may be part of the looking squished issue as the dog wants to be at the back in readiness to jump out and have a walk. On cars with a squarer boot hatch the crate may be able to be reversed with the sloping part by the back seats, which will probably be better and more comfortable for the pooch.All in all though, very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.

Although the product description said this was made of plastic, it is a metal crate with plastic tray. It’s great for lurcher/lab who was able to jump over back seats, chewed boot contents or any leads or harnesses that I hoped would keep him in place on car trips. It’s used in Volvo xc70 and fits car well. On the small side for my dog so used for trips up to 2 hours. But he is settled and comfortable and my boot is in tact!

It’s very well made and most importantly fits into our Mercedes estate leaving plenty of room at the side. My cocker spaniel doesn’t like it that much as the slanted front restricts his movement so we use it for short daily trips and should we go anywhere further away we change the crate over to his crate I. Kitchen without a slanted front.

I've placed this into the boot of my (16 plate) X1 with the slanted edge against the back seats. This gives a small amount of space as the dog gets in and out but as I only have a medium sized whippet it's easy enough to pick her up and place in.I wanted a crate like this specifically to utilise the other half of our boot for shopping/ luggage etc so this absolutely does the job.Slight rattle going over a bumpy road as expected but not enough to be annoying! Just turn your radio volume up.Sturdy enough for a small to medium sized dog and easy to easily assemble/fold up when not in use. Overall really good value.

Great crate, make sure you've measured properly and you'll be set!! Dogs jumped straight in happily and settled well on the journey, much better than on the back seat with car harnesses. Only issue we had was it was dumped on the doorstep despite us being in and the box was a little damaged. We didn't complain or check it quickly enough, and only when opening days later when we needed to use it, did we discover the metal had actually been bent, making it hard to assemble. So our advice is get it out and check it straight away. Other than that, very happy with the product.

Fits like a dream in a VW Passat estate (2017). I secure it with bungees and tie a small cloth against the corner by the rear pillar to stop it rubbing.

The size for the price is perfect, but it is very shaky and can be used stationery as in car and not carrying it around all the time.

Très pratique pour transporter un chien de taille moyenne (genre épagneul). Produit conforme à la description les mesures indiquées sont exactes. Cage facilement pliable et légère en étant solide. La face inclinée permet la fermeture aisée du coffre mais dans mon véhicule (Xara picasso) je dois malgré tout plier un siège arrière. Comme c'est uniquement pour les transports en voiture j'aurais dû prendre la taille en dessous ça aurait été suffisant. Permet de faire voyager son chien confortablement en sécurité.
