These boards are great. No warping. Just the right size for an afternoon of painting. The texture is not rough so you could get away without using gesso. I will buy again.

These are a good size and narrow good quality think painting boards. I am new to painting and I find these easy to handle and practice on. Rather good price too

Good enough quality for my hobby

I used two packs of these for an art workshop for beginners in acrylics. Perfect for the job! Will buy again.

As someone starting out I wanted to move on to painting on canvas, but was hesitant to spend lots of money as I had no idea what I was doing, and to be honest was a bit intimidated by the thought of using canvas - you can't just rub it out! These little boards were perfect for me. A good size, sturdy, and at just over £1 each I wasn't too fussed if the painting didn't work out as planned. I'm not saying they're disposable, I will be painting over some to have another go, but at that price you're less worried then you would be had you spent more per canvas. As I only get to paint at the weekends this for this price it wasn't a heft monthly cost either - two boards a week means the pack lasts 6 weeks. If they come back in stock I'll definitely be ordering more of these.

good price but limited due to getting sticky if too many layers are added - has to dry out each layer which is a nuisance

Would highly recommend these boards - great quality and a good size.

I just started using these but am pleased so far. The price was very good. The boards are sturdy and lay flat. The back facing does not have any product sticker/logo. Just a small area for image information.As with most affordable panels the canvas needs to have a couple of more coats of gesso applied before you use them. I usually gesso new panels a full pack at a time (10-12) panels. Set up a good work area and a place to let the panels dry. Use a top quality acrylic gesso.
